Hello, we are a group of three senior computer animation students attending Ringling College of Art and Design, in the process of finishing up our thesis film.
Our film celebrates the Mexican holiday Day of the Dead. It follows a young girl's adventure in discovering the true meaning of the holiday: to celebrate the lives of lost love ones rather than mourn their passing.
Our film is being created using state of the art 3D animation and rendering software provided by our school. The aim of our Kickstarter is to acquire a musical score to add to and enhance the quality of our film. Music is very important in any film and we want to make sure we get production quality sound.
That's where we need your investment. Good music does not come without a price and with your contributions we can hire a top notch composer. And so, we are working with Corey Wallace, "Best Original Score" winner at the 2012 Los Angeles Film Awards, and writer of soundtracks for many movies (see his website for details!)

Thank you so much for helping us reach our goal so quickly! We're so excited! We're flabbergasted!!! We never expected such an incredible response.
Since we have reached our original goal, we have made some push goals so anyone who still wants to contribute will know how your money is being used.
PUSH GOALS
$1500- Will cover 100% of the cost of our soundtrack
$2000- Will cover 100% of the cost of both our soundtrack and sound effects
Thank you so much for your generous support.

Risks and challenges
WE ARE WIZARDS
That's what our department head told us when we started making our film.
And if spending 10+ hours a day working on a movie means we're wizards, then yes! We're wizards!
This film means everything to us... We have been working towards it for four years. Help us to make it as good as we dreamed it!
