$2,000--Linux and OSX Confirmed! iOS Stretch Goal
In just the last hour or so, we've hit 100 backers and $2,000! As a result, I will be offering Linux and OSX versions of Tomb of Tyrants alongside the Windows PC version, and all Patron ($5) backers and up can take their pick!
iOS Stretch Goal
Some of you may realize that these platforms are relatively trivial to support with a Java game, which is why they were my first stretch goal (and why Android mobile is the next one). iOS, on the other hand, does not support Java; however, the engine I use (libgdx) will allow me to work with iOS, and at the $6,000 stretch goal, I will vow to explore that option sooner.
For those that haven't read my stretch goal stipulations, I say "sooner," because if Tomb of Tyrants is eventually successful, I plan to attempt all of my stretch goals, regardless of what happens here. The funding I receive now, however, will allow me to more readily invest in these plans, rather than putting them off until I can afford to look into them--possibly well after release.
How Did You Find Tomb of Tyrants?
We had a bump in pledges in the last couple hours, and I got kind of curious where the influx may have come from. Kickstarter does provide me with some metrics regarding traffic origins, but it is often vague ("external referral"). If you know where this bump came from--or you just want to share how you found us--, please comment =)!
Thank you for your resounding support and generosity, everyone! There's more to come!
