The Hog River Revival on WCCC

Hakaan from Sad City Hartford told the tale of his trip down the Hog River with Peter and myself on WCCC tonight, I've posted a sound bite from Hakaan's interview below.  Thanks again to the guys at Sad City, its an awesome blog, me and Pete have both been enjoying it since we began our artistic pursuits in Hartford,  it was an absolute pleasure to show those guys around the river.  Check out the photos and article here and enjoy the interview.

See you underground,

Joe

Sad City Travels Underground

Thanks out to Hakaan and Jumper from Sad City Hartford for joining us for a river excursion this past weekend.  Below are some photographs from the trip.  Only 9 days left Kickstarter!

Making our way into the old brick lay drainage tunnels.

Back out onto the river.

Words and pictures don't really do justice to a trip down the Hog River.  Its an issue me and Pete have been dealing with for months as we try to make work expressive of the feeling of traveling down the river, so far nothing has come close.

9 days left here on Kickstarter, I'm very excited and thankful to all of our backers so far.  Hopefully we get a few more people to join us underground!

see you underground,

Joe McCarthy
