The Diablo Fairy Lantern portion in the tile-mosaic beautification of San Francisco's 16th Avenue steps will honor the LGBT community.
57 backers pledged $5,520 to help bring this project to life.

Meet one of the Fairy Lantern artists

 Dear Fairy Lantern supporters,

You’re invited to meet artist Colette Crutcher and learn more about the Hidden Garden Steps mosaic at a free event this Tuesday!

We all had so much fun at Crepevine Restaurant in March and we’re going back for an encore to promote the Hidden Garden Steps project (16th Avenue between Kirkham and Lawton), designed to strengthen our community, build something of lasting beauty, and complement the existing Moraga Street steps.

Food and beverages again will be provided free of charge by Crepevine, in support of the Hidden Garden Steps project.

If you’re interested in knowing more about the project, volunteer opportunities, or how to purchase tiles and/or organize groups sponsoring large tile elements included in the design, we would love to have you join us at this informal reception including one of our project artists, Colette Crutcher, along with other project organizers:

Location: Crepevine Restaurant, 624 Irving Street, San Francisco
Date: Tuesday, August 16, 2011

Time: 4 – 5:30 pm

Price: Free Admission

Reservations: hiddengardensteps@gmail.com or paul@paulsignorelli.com
