This Kickstarter campaign is intended to expand the Going Native line of models. We have a lot of new models sculpted and ready to be cast, along with scores of newly designed models that are ready to head off to the sculptors. We are doing a lot of new things with this campaign than we have done with earlier campaigns. So lets get started -
A constant question in every campaign is what will the models be cast in. The current plan is that the man size models will be cast in white metal and all of the monster and other models will be cast in resin.
Stretch Goals -
Stretch Goals are one of the biggest things that will change with this campaign. The Goals with be set in $1000 increments and will be based on the quotes i have gotten from the different sculptors. So the different goals will very from goal to goal. Some will contain some New World Monsters, ancient Gods, shamans and/or great men/women from the different nations from around the Going Native world. So here is the first Stretch Goal package -
$13,000 Goal - Locked -
New models -
Here are the current list of new models that are available for this Kickstarter.
Basic Warrior Models -
For the first time I am going to offer single warrior model. The warrior models are from multi-part model kits and because of the intended randomness of the warrior kits, these models will be offered with random parts. For example, if you were to choose to buy two spearmen, the parts to make those two models will be picked at random and may or may not have the same parts. If you would like to buy a unit, you can not mix the weapons. Sorry. Each Warrior listed below will be sold at the following prices -
- Single Model - $5
- Unit of 5 - $20 ($4.00 per model)
- Unit of 10 - $35 ($3.50 per model)
- Unit of 20 - $60 ($3 per model)
- Unit of 30 - $75 ($2.50 per Model)
- Unit of 40 - $90 ($2.25 per model)
Here are the units we are included in this in this special offer -
(NOTE: This list will grow as the campaign continues to expand with Stretch Goals.)
FREE GIFT - Sisiutl, The Great Sea Serpent of the Pacific Northwest
Sisiutl (SISS-you) is one of the most powerful totem spirits of the Pacific Northwest. This sea serpent is on par with the other powerful totem spirits, the Thunderbird and the Raven. Sisiutl is the spirit that warriors would ask to imbue them with invincibility in battle. Like Ai Apeac the Decapitator, the Mad God of the Moche from the New World Monsters campaign, Sisiutl, the Great Sea Serpent will be given away with the Sisiutl's Challenge pledge. Once all of the pledges are sold out Sisiutl will only be available once the campaign reaches $8000 funding.
For all of different reason, International shipping has become quite the issue for lots of customers. Since i have still been unable to find a European partner to help reduce the shipping costs for my customers that live across the pond. In order to help address this problem, i will offer free shipping to most customers who have made a order of $200 or more. Every one who pick up a Sisiutl's Challenge pledge will also receive free shipping. There will limits on this of course but i will have to work that out on a one on one basis. So please consider your self warned up front. Because we are offering free shipping i will not be able to offer any discounts with this campaign. Sorry.
The fulfillment is set at one year from the launch campaign. I honestly believe that i can ship sooner then that, but their are too many variables to commit to a sooner date.
To take advantage of the free shipping, i am going to offer several models that i am sure you will enjoy. For the purpases of organization, these model will be split in to 5 different groups. These are finished models, I am using the pre-production models because they photograph better then the finished models. Enjoy.
I included this picture, because i feel it is better then the pre-production model photo.

Risks and challenges
This most likely one of the safest campaigns that you have been a part of. My sculptors are reliable and my casters are in the US so the supply line is very solid. Delays may come up during the fulfillment process if the campaign is successful, and I will do what I can to limit the impact on you getting your products.
The last campaign was held up do to the success of another campaign. I can honestly say their was no way to expect that kind of delay was even in the cards. I am going to adjust the delivery date to allow for unexpected and unknown problems that may come up during the fulfillment process of this campaign.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
