People say Spokane sucks. I disagree.
Before moving to Spokane, I did as much research as I could to get to know the city, and much of what I read and was told was negative: it's dirty, there's nothing to do, it sucks.
It didn't take long after moving here to realize that the people I met in town, and the places I went, didn't align with the message I'd heard regarding Spokane.
After living here for several years, the negative vibes that people put on Spokane started to bother me, so I created a design to the contrary: Spokane Doesn't Suck. I screen printed several posters and showed them in one of the largest art shows in Spokane: Terrain.
The design and the message were both well-received, and people started asking about when I'd make shirts. Well folks, this is your chance. Let's make some shirts! (And stickers!)

Risks and challenges
Once funded, I'll begin the process of getting shirts printed. There is always a chance that certain sizes may be back-ordered, or the power may go out in the print shop, but honestly there are no major risks I can foresee in getting this off the ground once funded.
Should any unexpected hiccups come up along the way, I'll be sure to keep my backers informed.
You will, however, run a high risk of being asked by everyone you walk past where you got that shirt. Trust me.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
