We have shut down this version of the campaign and are relaunching on Wednesday, Feb. 3 at Noon EST/9 AM PST with a newly designed deck back and tuck case. We hope you'll give us a look!
We focused on the elegant, sleek design prevalent in the Sixties and Seventies, something that harkens back to the classic Vegas days. In fact, we think these cards would be right at home on a casino table while the Rat Pack performed in the showroom.
The deck comes with a foiled and embossed tuck case as well.
The deck back is a pure throwback to the Mod style, with a repeating pattern and full bleed design. We've kept the courts as traditional as possible to make them our most playable deck yet, while still retaining just a hint of the Edgy Brothers character.
* Printed by Legends Playing Card Company (LPCC)
* Foiled and Embossed Tuck Cases
* Emerald Finish
* Gold and silver metallic inks
Once we hit $14,000 the Blue Deck will unlock and be available as an Add On.
Once the Blue Deck is unlocked, you can split your pledge accordingly. For example, if you've pledged for two decks, you can make one of them a Red Deck and one of them a Blue Deck, etc.
As noted, the Blue Deck will unlock at $14,000 and be available as an Add On. Simply click the "Manage Your Pledge" button at the top of the campaign page and add $10 to your pledge for every deck you'd like to add, or $12 for international Backers.
Risks and challenges
This is our sixth campaign (fifth for cards), and we've learned that no matter how smoothly your campaign goes, executing your fulfillment properly is just as important as designing a great deck of cards. We expect some delays since there always are, but we intend to have all pledges fulfilled by June.
In this campaign we decided to include the cost of domestic shipping in each deck, so that domestic Backers won't pay extra for shipping with their pledge tiers. But international Backers will therefore see their average shipping cost drop by about $3 per pledge tier as well. This is not because shipping has gotten cheaper - if anything it's as expensive as ever if not more so. We just wanted to lower the price of our decks for this campaign, and we thought doing it by reducing shipping costs would be the best way. All in all, you can get our decks for a lower pledge this time.
And, as always, we will be ever present on the comment boards and in the private message forum. Our Backers from previous campaigns can attest to having questions and concerns answered quickly, and to receiving frequent updates as to the status of the project.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
