You are the Traveler.  Years after walking out of the Labyrinth you have awoken from a deep slumber with little memory of your past.  Found an Adventuring Guild and gather your companions.  The Infinite Labyrinth awaits.

WHY KICKSTARTER  

I love dungeon crawlers more than any other type of game.  I grew up playing games like Wizardry, Might and Magic, and The Bard's Tale.  For the last few years I dreamed of creating my own dungeon crawler that has that old-school feeling of difficulty and danger, but with newer design mechanics and high quality art.

I have been working on the game for over a year now and pumped thousands upon thousands of my own dollars into creating art and music so I can show the world what the game will look like when you help me fund this project.

Dungeon crawlers like mine are generally found on handheld systems like the 3DS or PS Vita.  I am excited about bringing a full blown dungeon crawler to the PC community that has been starved of games like this for far to long.  

More than anything I am making this game because I want to play it.

WHERE WILL THE FUNDS GO?

I have avoided physical rewards so all the funds will go directly to content creation.  Below is a chart that shows how I plan to spend the funds.

TEAM

Travon Santerre - Creator, Programmer, Designer, Writer - A veteran game developer who has worked on both Indie and AAA titles.  I am the creator of this Kickstarter and I run the team and the project.  I code, design, and write.

Ryuu Matsuda - Character and Enemy Artist - Talented artist who creates amazing anime styled characters and enemies.

Ryan Lee - Composer - Brilliant composer who is responsible for the game's amazing soundtrack.

Justin Hellstrom - Writer - An imaginative writer who assists with all manner of creative design and narrative writing.

Yap Wee Chyi - Background Artist - An experienced background artist who creates the 2D backgrounds for the game.

Risks and challenges

Game development is unpredictable and there is a risk I may not be able to finish the game before my target release date of October 2016.

I am a programmer and capable of finishing all remaining programming. I have also designed all of the game systems, and the lore and main story are based on my writings. I have the ability to finish everything but the art and sound on my own.

I have been working on this game for over a year while streaming my development multiple days a week on www.twitch.tv/bufothejig.

The game is built in Unity and there is a playable demo showcasing the progress so far.

Art and music have been in full production for months now so the content pipeline for the game has already been established.

Before launching this Kickstarter I have self-funded over 120 pieces of character and enemy art, 8 musical tracks and 4 backgrounds. There is already a wealth of content and the rest will continue to flow in once funded.
