      I have of course obviously opened the box before I made the conclusion its Rose Gold! I even went so far as to email one of your staff which previously asked me what colour I wanted!

      You have confirmed in email that my color choice had been recorded to SPACE GRAY, WHY DO I STILL RECEIVE ROSE GOLD EARPHONES TODAY?

      And my initial color choice in Kickstarter survey was GOLD, NOT ROSE GOLD (which essentially is pink). I couldn't possibly use pink earphones.

      This is a SUPER BAD communication with customer. Very very disappointed. So, how do I get Space Gray now? This pink earphones are definitely not usable.

      I tried using the ear buds, fully charged, on an airplane. My ear buds may be defective because there was absolutely NO noise reduction or cancellation. And yes, the green light was on. May I exchange my ear buds for a new set?

      @Maik they decided not to do any of the colours that you see in the campaign. According to a survey they did, the new choices are pink/white (oh sorry, we're meant to call it rose gold), a space grey and a not so space grey which is the new black. No navy, no gold, no red, no idea!

      I commented below that I was sent the wrong earphones (I ordered Lightning version and I received regular 3.5mm jack version). Many weeks after raising this issue, a got a message asking me to send them back (at my own expense) to be replaced with what I had actually ordered.

      First, I don't know why I am being asked to pay for Linner's mistake.
      Second, the cost to ship them back makes these earphones substantially more expensive overall (nearly half-way to a set of Bose QuietComfort 20's, which I already own but wanted active noise-cancelling with a lightning plug).
      Third, the quality control at Linner is non-existent. On top of being the wrong type, these earphones I received were dead-on-arrival. They do not work at all.

      The earphones look fantastic, the packaging is excellent but sadly that is where the positives finish with this product.

      Linner/Tina/etc - please contact me with instructions on how to return these earphones at Linner's expense for replacements that actually work. Then, I would be happy to post a comparison with the Bose QuietComfort 20.

      Hi, would appreciate an update right about now. I have been waiting patiently for 2 months over the estimated delivery date for the Lightning earbuds.

      In the email sent to me, it was mentioned that Lightning earbuds were marked Mid-April to "ensure higher quality."

      However, "Mid-April" has passed, and would appreciate the update.

      Dear Kickstart backers,

      So far I have avoided to denounce my situation, hoping it would soon be resolved. But, according to most of the comments below, my case is one of many.
      I received my headphones after a long wait at the end of 2016. However they came defective and I returned them requesting refund plus shipping costs. This is going on since January 2017 and still today I have not got paid back!!!
      Assuming this company really exists, they started on the wrong foot. I wonder the fortune they are making on all of good will kickstart supporters expenses (literally). The money is on their side with the promise of a refund that never happens. Have we all innocently fallen into a trap, is this a scam? Either it is sheer incompetence or criminal! I still prefer the former.
      I have long ran out of patience, it is unacceptable and does in no way favour their image (if they ever have had interest in having a good one).
      We are asked to “Be respectful and considerate” in our comments. This is the best I can be!

      Like the other people, I have waited for a long time for these earphones. Finally received them today after I gave up on them (I also received the e-mails like the others before me, Post Canada didn't receive them, etc.). Charging them right now and going to try them in the next few days.

      On February 10th I was offered a new set of Linner headphones, because I had not received the first set that was sent. More than a month later, on March 17th, I emailed Tina and left a comment on the project page asking for an update. It has been a week since then, and I have received no reply.

      At this point, my headphones are now 3 months overdue, If I do not receive some information soon, I will formally be asking for a refund.

      Hi, I still waiting to receive my headphones. I received the same message 'to call Canada Post’. I live in a small town, 6000 h., the Post office never received my headphones. I sent two notes one to Tina and the other internally, no response. To many people with the same problem. Waiting for an answer.

      On February 10th, I received an email from Tina offering to send me another pair of headphones, because I never received the first pair sent. She wanted me to to send one back if i ended up getting both, which I agreed to do. Since then, I have heard nothing from Tina or anyone else at Linner. Can someone please tell me when or if my headphones are going to ship?
