So Close!

With $500 left to raise and 3 days still on the clock, our Kickstarter is effectively successful!

Though time is short, we must now turn our attention to the stretch goals. There have been a lot of suggestions in our discussion page about what to do with the stretch goals, and the general consensus seems to be that we'd set our first stretch goal too high.

In response, we've now divided our stretch goals into four. The highest stretch goal (extra campaign) remains the same, and we realise at this point we're unlikely to achieve it, but the other stretch goals now look like this:

Stretch goal 1 - $80,000
Choose passive abilities for your followers every time you level up!

Stretch goal 2 - $90,000
Greater visual variation in the character models

Stretch goal 3 - $100,000
Character ability trees (6-9 active combat abilities per character class)

Of course any excess pledges that fall short of a stretch goal will be put to use on polish and quality assurance. Those of you who believe the game won't be fun without more character customisation, set your eyes on that first stretch goal!

Since the last update, we have appeared in two audio interviews: Pure Sophistry conducted a phone interview with Jonas, and The Plagued Gamer spent a whole hour playing through the beginning of the press build while chatting to Jonas about the game and its development. Let us know what you think in the discussion :-)

Thank you for getting us to this point, everyone! We're thrilled to be able to finish our game influenced only by the people who are going to play it (you).

Jeg ser frem til at se et interessant strategispil fra et dansk firma. God vind fremover.

Sebastian: yes absolutely, if the game is enough of a success to merit it :-)

If you don't make the final stretch goal, is there a chance you will release the extra campaign, abilities, and everything else that was not included, later on in a DLC or expansion?

Congrats on achieving the goal! Now, 65 hours to reach those stretch ones...

I must admit, I was worried that it wouldn't make it to the 70k, but I'm glad that it did! Stretch goals are looking pretty cool, too.

I'm a sucker for ability trees, so I'd love to see us reach the 10k. I'm not sure whether that's plausible without a massive rush, but it'd be amazing. :D

Good idea on the stretch goals, I think with a bit of luck we can make one or more of them, I like the 90k stretch goal myself. :)

It is a really great idea! The steps come closer and I hope we reach at least the 80k level!

Awesome. :) I'm really hoping we at least hit 80k for the additional character customization. Could you clarify what exactly the greater visual variation means? Does it mean that each recruitable character will have a model to match their portrait? Or that the models will be semi-randomized? Or that they'll change more depending on equipment?
