Do414.com has been hosting free and open to the public concerts in the intimate setting of our "living room" style office. These office sessions feature local/national talent playing shortened sets for the public as we live film and record them before their big show at local Milwaukee venues like Turner Hall, Cactus Club, or Mad Planet. We then promote the band with the recordings/filming of the live session online to get people in the know about their upcoming show. Its a wonderful service that promotes bands, local music venues and community in music.
Do414 office sessions are ALWAYS free and open to the public. The live sound and recording equipment we are currently using is not achieving the standard we believe the bands and community deserves. We need your donation to purchase the proper live sound and audio recording equipment necessary to deliver this service to the music community and keep our office sessions free and open to the public. We need to purchase everything from microphones and mixers to recording software and interfaces. Our total cost is around $8,000. We are hoping that our community of users and supporters are able to chip in and help us alleviate $6,000 of that cost. We will work hard to pick up the slack from there.
After our Kickstarter campaign we are going to host a huge party at Stonefly Brewery on April 5th featuring Boy Blue and big thank yous to all of our supporters. Thank you so much for taking the time to look into our cause. We are committed to doing awesome things for Milwaukee. We obviously couldn't do any of it without the support of the community. Thank you so much for everything.

Risks and challenges
There are THREE things that can go awry in this kind of production:
1. Recording equipment failure/technical problems in the middle of the session. How we deal with it? We have well trained staff with years of experience on deck at all times. We will be able to sort anything out that comes our way!
2. Filming equipment failure/technical problems. How do we deal with it? We don't do it ourselves... This is something we outsource to a qualified and professional team. Support local business!
3. Too many people that want to get in after we reach capacity. How do we deal with it? We give them discounted tickets and door deals to the show later that night. Support your music community!
