ZEEQ version 1.25 is out now for iPhone and Android

Hello again everyone!

We hope you have all been enjoying your ZEEQ pillows and having a great 2017 so far.

An updated version of the ZEEQ app just hit the Google Play store as the Apple App store. Please be sure to update your ZEEQ app to get the latest and most stable build.  We have some pretty cool additions in this version as well as some bug fixes and stability improvements.

This release introduces in-app support chat, Russian language support (more languages coming soon!), a redesigned help and FAQ section in the app, and more.

We are also already working on the next version of the app.  We are planning on introducing a highly requested feature for that, and we can't wait to tell you more about it soon.  :)

Finally, if you are enjoying your ZEEQ, we could really use your help in getting some reviews in the Google Play store and the Apple App store.  Leaving us a good review would be awesome!  If for some reason you are not getting a 5-Star experience with ZEEQ, please email us at support@rem-fit.com so we can get you sorted out.

Hello All!

Warrick and I are just now back from a loooooong trip. Our month started out in Las Vegas for CES, then off to China to sort out the remaining ZEEQ shipments and then back to CES for the Las Vegas Furniture Market to show off ZEEQ.  We have each been on 14 flights this month, so we are quite happy to be home.

Anyway, here is an update on shipping:

With the exception of Canada, all people who filled out their surveys in November should have their ZEEQ orders.  If you do not have it by Monday, that means you are one of the 75 or so where we had incorrect address info for.  If you are on that list, Andy from our support team, will be reaching out to you to get updated info so we can send your ZEEQ out ASAP.  

As for Canada, we are sorry, but it looks like we were unable to get your ZEEQ shipments out before Chinese New Year, so it will be a couple more weeks.  There was an issue with the customs paperwork with FedEx so we are working through that now.  It should be resolved soon and you will have your ZEEQ shipments as soon as we can get them to you.  Thanks so much for your patience - we really do appreciate all of your support and understanding.

Finally, we have been working hard to continually tweak and improve the ZEEQ apps and have just released updates for iOS and Android.  We have some more updates in the works as well, so please keep the feedback coming.

Updates on Shipping, Apps and CES (and Alexa integration)

Hello again everyone!!!

Warrick and I are in China and have some shipping updates, app updates as well as some fun info from CES.

Shipping:

There are about 300 people who have not yet received their ZEEQ orders.

Canada: About ⅓ of those yet to ship are from Canada, and it looks like we have finally sorted out a way to get them to you. We should start shipping those next week or the week after as soon as our paperwork clears.

Russia and Israel: we are still working on it and will keep you posted.

US Military addresses: we had an issue getting the packages sent due to the batteries, but we have that sorted out now and the pillows should start shipping soon. Thanks for your patience.

Everyone else: your shipments are scheduled to go out next week and you should have them shortly thereafter.

APP Updates:

For the most part, it seems that the app is working as expected for most people. If you are having any issues with the app, please delete the app from your phone, reboot, reinstall the latest version and give it a go. If you are still having issues, please reach out to support@rem-fit.com or REM-Fit.com for chat support. The more info we can get the faster we can fix it and get you up and running.

If you are enjoying ZEEQ, a great app review is really helpful. If you are not having a good experience PLEASE reach out to us and let us try to resolve it before you leave a negative app review. We are trying to update the app as fast as we can and only want to make it awesome, so please help us out by letting us help you before leaving a negative review.

CES:

We had a blast at CES and were so happy with the reaction. Our booth was quite busy with people wanting to experience ZEEQ. One of the cool things about CES is that we launched Amazon Echo integration for ZEEQ.  If you have an Echo (Alexa), you can ask things like: Alexa, ask my ZEEQ what my sleep score was last night, or Alexa, ask my ZEEQ to tell me how loudly I snored.  You will need to quickly enable the ZEEQ skill in the Alexa app, and then you are good to go.

Warrick and I are in Las Vegas for CES to show off ZEEQ. The response so far has been incredible and we can't thank you enough for your support. In fact, we even won a CES innovation award in the smart home category!

We have shipped nearly every pillow to those who filled out their surveys in November. We are having some issues with shipments to Canada, Russia and Israel as well as ones to US Military addresses, but we are working diligently on it. We should have everything resolved and sent out this month for those folks. All others, if you have not received your ZEEQ by the 9th, please contact REM-Fit.com chat support as they are consolidating all the info. Warrick and I will be in China next week sorting out any remaining shipping issues.

Additionally, we have been updating the apps over the last few days so please make sure you update your ZEEQ app to get the best experience. In fact, between iPhone and Android we have updated the ZEEQ apps almost 10 times.  We have another update pending release so you should have it in a few days with even more fixes and enhancements.

For most users it seems like ZEEQ is working as expected (or even better). For those who are having issues, PLEASE reach out to us on chat so we can look into it and make it better. We want ZEEQ to be awesome and we are doing our best to make it happen. Making app updates takes time, but please know we are working hard to make ZEEQ perfect for everyone. Please don't leave a negative app review before letting us try to fix the issue. Also, if you are enjoying ZEEQ, 5-star reviews really help us out! :)

Finally, thanks again for all the feedback and support. We really do appreciate it and we are so happy that so many of you are enjoying ZEEQ as much as we are.

ZEEQ Troubleshooting

We hope you have all been enjoying the holidays and your new ZEEQ pillow! While the majority of you are not having any issues with ZEEQ, we want to make sure that no one has any issues. We have set up 24/7 chat support over the holiday break to give you quick support with ZEEQ at REM-Fit.com - and that will be the FASTEST and BEST way to get support. The team on chat can look into your issue and hopefully get you up and running in no time. In some cases, we need your ZEEQ username so we can deeply investigate the issue, and the chat team will be the best to handle that for you. 

 Also, here are some quick tips that can help for many scenarios (try them in this order). 

1. ‘Kill’ the app and restart it. Fully closing, or ‘killing’, the ZEEQ app can help in most situations. After you close the app, simply open it again and see if the helped 

2. Cycle Bluetooth on and off. Sometimes your phone may get stuck on another bluetooth device. To reset the connection, turn your bluetooth off on your phone, wait 10 seconds, turn it back on and then try the ZEEQ app again. You may also want to kill and restart the ZEEQ app after cycling the bluetooth. 

3. Reboot the phone. A fresh reboot of your phone can help apps that have gotten stuck or non-responsive. 

4. Log in/Log out & Reboot. If the ZEEQ app is still not responding properly, log out of the ZEEQ app, reboot your phone and then log back into the ZEEQ app. 

5. Delete and Reboot. This will help ZEEQ get a totally fresh start. Don’t worry, you won’t loose your account data that has been synced with our server. Simply delete the ZEEQ app, reboot your phone then re download the ZEEQ app and log in. 

 6. Contact REM-Fit.com for chat support. If none of the above options helped, please contact us on chat so we can give you more personal guidance. 

One last thing regarding bluetooth. If you have other bluetooth speakers, headsets, etc., your phone may be connected to them when entering sleep mode in the ZEEQ app. That may prevent the ZEEQ speakers from properly connecting. Please turn off any other Bluetooth speakers or headsets you may have connected to your phone prior to using ZEEQ. We are so excited that so many of you are enjoying your ZEEQ and we hope that the above helps out with any issues you may be having.
