Prosciutto Tasting 8/22!
Our first tasting on 7/30 at Foster & Dobbs was a great time - over 50 folks stopped by to sample our 18-month prosciutto, and chat about pigs, pork butchery, prosciutto & our plans for a shop.
The next FREE tasting is on 8/22 at Cheese Bar (6031 SE Belmont), from 2-4pm. Please stop by for samples of our prosciutto, as well as some cheese & wine that Steve will be providing!
