About this project
In 2010 I launched. tracked and recovered a geocache (with 3 cameras 2 video and 1 still) into space. It went 19 miles up and landed 120 miles east of the launch site. This time we are going BIGGER and FARTHER!We will go over the 100,000 foot barrier! We will travel more than 200 miles!
Here is where you come in! The cost to build, launch, track and retrieve this one of a kind geocache will easily go over the $1000.00 The money that you donate will go towards:
- The GPS tracker/receiver ($250)
- Two weather balloons ($320)
- Camera ($200)
- Retrieval equipment ($100)
- The Helium Rental ($100)
