Hello everyone, my name is Angel Dillemuth and I want to express my thanks to you for taking time out of your day to view the “Night Runners” story.
This is “Night Runners,” a short horror film, that I produced, wrote, co-directed and acted in. This is my first experience creating a short film, and I am excited to share it with you all. But before I get into that I'd like to give you some background on who I am.
I was born and raised in the Bronx, New York. I began acting at a young age, and have continued along that path, receiving my M.F.A. from the Actor’s Studio Drama School and landing roles on hit T.V. shows such as “The Blacklist”, “Power”, and more. In addition to acting, I’ve always had a profound interest and love for horror movies. It was Freddy Krueger, Jason Voorhees, Candyman, Zombies, Werewolves, and supernatural entities that I became obsessed with. I would have nightmares, wondering how are they going to kill me? I understand this may sound a bit twisted, but it's just a testament to the love I have for all the fantastic horror movies from filmmakers such as Wes Kraven, John Carpenter, Eli Roth, Guillermo del Toro and more. These filmmakers and their movies were sources of inspiration for my film.
The movie was co-directed by Nectarios Leonidas and stars Morgane Ben-Ami and Quincy Chad, immensely talented individuals who are moving up through the acting world.
I have achieved my dream. I funded and invested my time and energy into creating a film, and now I must take the next step to put the movie on a path to success.

Risks and challenges
The biggest obstacle with any venture is funding and this process has not been an exception. I'm asking for your help to raise funds to market and submit "Night Runners" to festivals. These submissions fees and marketing materials such as posters, shirts, and postcards add up quickly.
Through your contributions, we can submit to the top festivals including L.A. Screamfest, Toronto After Dark, New York City Horror Film Festival, and more. The festival run can help us to get the exposure and publicity needed to have my team's work seen and obtain distribution. Without assistance there’s a possibility we may miss opportunities that can lead to the film’s success.
This is a calling card for everyone. There are so many great openings for success a festival run can provide and it can’t happen without you.
We'd love to have you on board in making this a special run.
