      I have had mine for months and it is effectively a paperweight. The speaker is the absolute worst speaker I have every owed. I have more than a dozen other brands ranging from Fugoo, Beats, and Harmon Kardon to this. None of them whether expensive or inexpensive perform as poorly as this one does. Waiting for this POS for this length of time and having the support team ask me to be patient is UNACCEPTABLE. The unit is 100% worthless. I am so disappointed and want my money back.

      Jerry wrote it best, but to add;

      This speaker is the worst. Really, just using your phone speaker for conference calls or playing music gives you a better experience.

      The overall build quality is poor, the bluetooth drops connection and when it does connect the volume level is insane.

      Very disappointing.
      Quality of speakers rubbish and using it for a Conf call people complain that I am far away.
      Just bought myself a jabra 510 speakerphone.

      I also received mine. Terrible quality speakers. A real rip off. Not worth more than $20.

      Dear BCXLAB team,

      have just received mine and am also a bit disappointed I have to say for the following reasons:

      - low quality of the material (lot of plastic)
      - low quality of the loudspeakers
      - the device does connect and beeps at full level to signal this, quite annoying
      - to do calls via the device over the IPhone is practically impossible because of echoing

      Any ideas how to deal with the last issue (that I am actually most cerneded about)?

      Last but not least charging functions properly.

      Had mine a few days now, so far less then impressed the Bluetooth does not stay connected for more then 30 seconds when streaming music, the speaker makes all kinds if poping noise when in use and as others have stated no cable was included

      Received the device and I have been using it for a few days.
      1. The wireless charging is not charging (power consumption = charging = 0% increase) at least for my iPhone X on low power mode
      2. Pen given does not fit in the pen holders
      3. Speaker is one of the worst I've ever heard.
      In conclusion, it's now back in the box.. rotting

      Package arrived but without the USB-A -> USB-C cable. In the little manual it clearly states Use the supplied USB-A to USB-C data cable. Hard to do without the cable.

      Mine has also arrived (Netherlands), with the corect EU power supply but also without the USB-A -> USB-C cable.
      Everything seems to work just fine, although the sound quality on the speaker is rather poor. Also charging seems to take quite long. I haven’t looked at the charging power specs yet...

      I just received mine. Just wonder is all shipment not inclusive of the type A to type C usb.l

      And no USB-A to USB-C cable in the box so I can't connect it either... Cables now purchased and things are connected. Things seem to be working - data is synching but my ASAP connect adapters on my iPad and iPhone don't seem to want to keep charging. Also the Qi charging point is too slippy for the iPhone X - the point at which the phone connects for charging leads to the phone slipping down and losing connection to the charging point.

      Just received my unit. I have yet to set it up as it is designated for use at home. It is slightly annoying that it came with a US plug and a travel adapter. Thankfully the power adapter cable can be replaced with an Australian plug without much issue. Odd to have been sent the US version :(

      We have posted an update on November 6th and will update also this week again on developments. There have unexpected issues with the PCBA development.
      Trust me when I say that we are as disappointed as you are by this delay.

      All I can say is that there is a team of engineers working on the issues as we speak.

      Which schedule are we still on? Nov. 10 or end of Nov.? I run construction job's, I understand there will be delay's, but be honest and keep us updated...makes us worry when you keep posting different stories as above and expect us to believe there is nothing wrong. and remain silent for such long periods.
