Script for our new video is done!

We have completed our script for our newest promotion video which are as follows.

We are working tirelessly to give our precious backers accurate and appetizing sneak-peeks of our game, and with help of our voice actor the video will be completed asap!

"The Underbelly is the game of conflict between prisoners and guards over a jailbreak scheme with the snitch among the inmates helping the guards.

This makes the game’s two vying factions composed of inmates and guards assisted by a snitch.

Every turn, inmates must set one action card face down to use it themselves.

Inmates can use red gambit action cards to collect the tunnel points necessary for their breakout and to bring them other advantages worthy of risks.

Alternatively they can also use brown normal action cards to avoid themselves from receiving warnings from guards and to hinder guard progress.

Thus, the inmates are expected to choose carefully to use the right card at a right time.

If any one of the inmates manage to achieve breakout by collecting 4 tunnel points, the entire inmate team wins the game.

Guards, in the other hand, can use maximum of two cards per turn.

Mostly, guards are expected to use cards capable of sweeping, which reveals the inmate’s face-down cards.

If a guard successfully sweep a gambit action card, the guard removes the card to replace it with a warning card.

Inmates with total of 2 warning cards are confined, which means they are out of the game.

If a number of guards and remaining inmates become equal, guards and snitches win the game.

Furthermore, guards are required to appoint one trusty among the inmates before end of every turn.

Trusty inmates are given privilege to use one blue security action cards usually exclusive to guards.

Security action cards work in way that allows its user to identify the inmate’s card in hand and face-down,

Thus allowing the snitch to cooperate with guards.

Also, some security action cards are also capable of removing a previously received warning or even pressing or prevent the guards from moving for single turn.

This encourages to inmates to pretend to be a snitch to gain trusty status’ privilege, and guards to carefully discern who is a snitch and who is not before appointing any of the inmate players.

This is how the average day goes in Underbelly. Repeat these procedures excluding the first morning phase until Inmates finally achieve breakout or guards manage to prevent it by confining them."
