I still haven't received my books and they won't return emails. This is the third kickstarter campaign I haven't received anything for my pledge. Super disappointing.

    2. Kingacton on April 12, 2017

I still have not received my items at all after being a backer from the first week.
I emailed geeks line directly 2 months ago and received a reply saying that a copy would be mailed out but no correspondence since after numerous emails.

      Very disappointing.

WARNING DO NOT BACK THESE GUYS CAMPAIGNS. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SEND YOU DAMAGED ITEMS!!!

My Limited Collectors Edition arrived damaged. I sent an email to geeksline on 4 Jan with photographic evidence of the damage, to which they responded indicating they would send out replacement items. I have yet to receive anything, nor have they responded to my follow-up emails requesting an update. It's now 2 April and still nothing, no response and no replacements. Their behavior is borderline fraudulent as I have not received what I paid for. Does anyone know how I may be able to log a claim to get my money back!?!

I recommend staying well away from anything these guys do as if you have any problems you'll likely get no help as their customer service is appalling.

I got my book! I contacted them through http://www.geeksline-publishing.com/contact-us
and they responded immediately and sent the book out to me. If anyone else still hasn't received their book, I recommend trying to contact them through that website.

Any one from Aus still not received they're book??

I can't even get them to respond so I can get a tracking number.

      What happened here??!!

Still waiting for my full collection to arrive. Numerous emails and no reply since September.
Have received other kickstarter products in the mail that were released later too.
      Losing faith...

If Geekline are still checking here, I've been trying to resolve my replacement of my boxart collectors set as it was damaged.

I've had troubles keeping the communication going with you. I've sent various emails and even a message via Facebook.

I still haven't received mine. Are they still being delivered?

Where can i get my tracking number?

    13. Daniel Przychodzki on January 4, 2017

Ok, so I received the collectors box set today (yay), but it arrived damaged (boo).

The outer packaging box looks as though it has been used as a football and upon opening the package I discovered some of the corners of the slip case and book covers have been crushed.

To say I am really disappointed with this outcome is an understatement.

After a very lengthy wait for this item to arrive and then for it to arrive damaged is pathetic.

Further, the included artwork poster (although a great piece of art) has a band of gloss coating applied only to a small section at the left end, about an inch wide and two grubby finger marks on the back? I'm sure this is not how it is supposed to be as the gloss coating should be applied to the entire image. Most likely a manufacturing error, but faulty nonetheless.

Has anyone else had similar issues with their set arriving damaged and the poster being faulty?

How do I go about seeking a replacement (undamaged) boxset and a correctly produced poster, which is what I paid for...?

Otherwise, it appears to be a fantastic publication, for which Geeks-line should be proud of producing.

It's beyond a joke now! This is my current 'tracking' info:

      Dec 2 - Pre-shipment info received
Dec 3 - Accepted at USPS Origin facility (MI)
Dec 3 - Arrived at USPS facility (Chicago)
      Dec 5 - Departed (Chicago)
      Dec 10 - Departed (Honolulu)
Dec 10 - Departed (Los Angeles)
Dec 12 - Customs clearance (Mexico)
      Dec 13 - Departed (Melbourne)
Dec 16 - Departed from Transit Office of Exchange (No location provided)
Dec 28 - Processed through facility (Australia)

What is going on...? According to the info above my book has been via more countries and racked up more frequent flyer miles than the Australian Minister of Foreign Affairs. Honolulu, L.A., Mexico...really?

Can someone from Geeks-Line please sort this out and contact me with a solution as to how I can receive the product I have paid a fair sum of money for within the next decade? I paid a lot of money for postage to Australia and to be waiting this long (over one month) is an absolute disgrace.

@Daniel - my book was "In Transit" in NZ for 10 days prior to Christmas, and it was actually stuck at the Border Customs shipping centre waiting to be cleared by Customs - I found out who the local courier service for USPS was and found out that the USPS tracking number also worked on their site, and I got better info out of them than the USPS site.

    17. Daniel Przychodzki on December 25, 2016

Still yet to receive mine in Australia and has been classified as 'In Transit' for over 3 weeks. Now we are in the holiday season I'll likely not see until mid Jan 2017 ... if it arrives at all? Really disappointed with the whole experience so far.

I received my copy yesterday! (I'm from Brazil).

I loved the book, it's well-made, but there is a mistake on the page 340, it's not the Fifa 98 that is in Portuguese, the right game is Fifa 99. The book could mention the famous brazilian hack game "Ronaldinho Soccer 64". Besides these, I think the book is amazing!

    19. Dominic Nathan Gabriel on December 21, 2016

@ Wong - my book was delivered by Hong Kong post (as they seem to handle things after USPS hands it over) Give the parcel a track and then contact HK post as they are useless :P

I got my book a few days ago and have skimmed through it, i'm happy with the product overall but I unfortunately didn't see my name in the book at first glance and I would have gladly paid more to secure a FedEx delivery option.

For some reason I was told my address info was incorrect despite the item being shipped out and now it has made a roundtrip back to the sender, if it were incorrect why would they proceed to ship it in the first place? I went to Geeks-Line contact form and have left two messages. I have not heard from anyone since the 30th and this radio silence is uncomfortable.

First off, my books arrived a few days ago, and I just opened them up, excellent quality product all around. You guys definitely have a long term buyer if future books are of this quality. Packaging wasn't to bad either, so the US fulfillment center was a good choice as well.

Quick question, we didn't hit the extra stretch goals for multiple lithography correct? So we just get one correct? And did everyone get the same one, or where they picked at random from the 3 shown?

    36. Gabriel Oti on December 4, 2016

I got my book last week, and it came with the bookmark and the Zelda art and very satisfied with it! Only thing though is I didn't get the Mario art lithography as well?

    37. Sikboy1029 on December 1, 2016

Got mine like 6 days ago in the US.

    38. Andrew arvedon on December 1, 2016

i have not received anything and its dec 1st I live in the us. I'm worried I got screwed. I have emailed them twice about a tracking number and nothing, only to find out that now there may not be a tracking number with the lastest update they put out.

I spent 500 dollars and got the n64 system as well I'm praying I did not get screwed. does anyone know if I did get screwed how I would get my money back?

    39. Boukenkage on December 1, 2016

I meant to comment on here earlier but i received my book this week and I love it. I was confused at first as I didn't initially see the bookmark or lithography in the packaging but then realized they were both slipped inside the book itself. Now to decide what to do with the lithography (as I enjoy the rest of the book).

@Dominic and @Daniel I'm surprised you have such a large delay in contact. I had emailed them for the tracking number soon after I saw Update 14 and got a pretty prompt reply.

    40. Dominic Nathan Gabriel on December 1, 2016

      @Christopher:
I'm rather envious of you :P

I emailed them twice nearly a week ago and wrote here a few days ago but despite that I've yet to receive any feedback regarding the order....

Then again, considering GL took nearly 5 months to get back to me regarding an updated address.. I'm not holding my breath for any timely correspondence.

    41. Daniel Przychodzki on December 1, 2016

      @ Christopher

Thanks for the suggestion. I've since emailed them asking for any info regarding my order. Hopefully it's not too far away.

Reading all the very positive feedback from those who have received it, only makes the wait more difficult. : )

      @Daniel

I contacted them last week at the Geek-Lines contact email, and got my tracking info rather quick. Mine shipped out on the 21st of November by FedEx, and now it is being transferred over to USPS and is due to arrive tomorrow, so here's hoping it was packaged properly, as I don't mind the wait. I just have issues when I wait this long, and then there are issues my my order or damages, but my fingers are crossed. Your order should be arriving any day now depending on your location.

    43. Daniel Przychodzki on November 30, 2016

OK, it's been another week and still no response or update regarding when I can expect a tracking number for my item. This is really poor customer service guys, come on and lift your game!

I am extremely disappointed given the cost I paid for shipping, yet it appears those of us in Australia and New Zealand seem to have been forgotten and ignored.

I want to know which shipping company you are using as they are obviously not doing there job! They need to be named and shamed!

Additionally, I believe I have been very patient until now, but having to wait yet another month (or more) when it's already a couple of months overdue is beyond a joke!

I got my copy of the book in. Gotta say it is way better than i thought it was going be. It tells you practically everything about the Nintendo 64 and its games. I knew Star Wars episode 1 racer could be played with 2 controllers in each hand but not that you could play Goldeneye and Perfect Dark with 2 controllers and have dual analog. One tiny mistake with some of the pic locations of the Rugrats games. Glad i backed this. Great work.Would love a book like this on the Nintendo Gamecube.

    45. Jose Martinez Leon on November 28, 2016

I just received my book: It's awesome. I never received a tracking number, but I am used to not getting those half the time lol. Having kickstarted a few books now, this is actually quite common. I sure hope these guys release a ps1 version of the same style of book.

Elijah Myers: The campaign says that if they reached the stretch goal of 75k, we would get all three, but they only reached about 67.5k. Not sure if this helps calm you, but there it is.

Hullo? Anyone there? Requested tracking number days ago and no response?

Is it really that hard to look after 200 odd customers who weren't in Europe a bit better?

    47. Dominic Nathan Gabriel on November 27, 2016

Hey! I just received my book! Thank you! It looks amazing, I cannot wait to read it. When opening it, I noticed the outside sleeve was damaged. is there a way to get it replaced or fixed? And I thought there was supposed to be 500 printed of my book, and it is showing 282/550?

    49. Byron on November 26, 2016

I too am disappointed as a backer of this book that I could have purchased it on Amazon and had it in my hands by now. I've just sent an email off for a tracking number. I too am in Australia.
