A few years ago, when Bloody Gore Comix was born, the original mission was to publish further issues of Steph Dumais' Zombie Commandos From Hell! sci-ifi/horror series, along with Adam Geyer's The Old Shits and Will Broad's (aka Skaar) Carnigor. More creators joined our ranks, including the venerable S.C.A.R. with Spore Whores and the upcoming Kill of the Spyderwoman.
It was only natural, surrounded by such talent, that an anthology would see the day. Our first anthology featured ultra violent comics from our creators, along with a plethora of creators from around the world. When you pledge to make our new book happen, you can get a copy of our first book as well!
Over 150 pages of splatter horror!
The success of this first anthology energized us and we decided to go ahead with a follow up, this time in COLOUR!
Along with the usual suspects, we're introducing more international creators in this project.
The mission was to find strictly graphic stories showcasing killers, monsters, aliens, mutants... Anything as long as it was extremely violent and gory. Our finely curated anthology will satisfy the most bloodthirsty fans of splatter horror!
Everything is ready to go to print. We are just waiting for you...and our special guest artist's amazing cover!
This crowdfunding campaign is more than just a pre-order for our new book. It's the chance to get exclusive original art along with signed & numbered copies of our new book and previously published titles.
Also, more items by our creators, such as original art and rare zines, will be revealed as giveaways for your contribution!
And of course, everyone gets stickers with their printed books!

When not drawing comix/zines such as Immortal Dethforce, C.H.U.B. (Cannibalistic Humanoid Underground Boner), Feces, and contributing to Rise of the Blood Queen, Mike Bauman is usually eating ice cream sandwiches. He once ate an entire box of 'em all in one go only to puke it all up later. He has no regrets.

We've been publishing horror comics for a few years now at Bloody Gore Comix. As we are not part of the official distribution channels, all our business is done online and in events like comic and horror conventions.
We work out deals with our creators but let's face it, most of us wouldn't quit our day jobs. Niche comics like this are rare and specialized.
We think it's time to give our collaborators what they deserve.
Here's a breakdown of how the funds will be used.
Risks and challenges
While this might be our first Kickstarter campaign, this isn't our first book. While we've been plagued with censorship in the past, so we now work with a local printer who fully supports our gruesome art productions. With over 16 titles published so far, countless convention appearances and a solid fan base, we're confident that we can make this first go a success!
Besides being new at crowdfunding, our risks are the same as before. We walk the thin between decency and revulsion. We like to explore the forbidden, the extreme and the sickening. Some people do not understand this kind of art so some distributions channels are cut off for us.
Promoting these extreme comics is no simple task but we are counting on true word of mouth to reach those of you who appreciate it.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
