I did not received your product yet. When would you send it to me?
@Angela Teasdale I sent you a PM, thanks!
Hi @Ryan - can you please respond to my message as I have backed but not yet received the product.
@Torsten Sadleir Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can look into your backing. It looks like the order wasn't confirmed. The support team will help confirm your order and get it shipped out ASAP.
@Lance and Kelli Zielinski I sent you a PM.
@Lance and Kelli Zielinski, I got my product, not a scam, just a very young company with large ambitions.
Hey there. I’m backer #8425, and I have seen nothing but my money taken. Please advise? Thx - really want to give this a product a go, even though you’re a year late in delivering.
We ARE getting our product, yes? Or did I fall for a scam...?
Anyone get their product yet...?
Heya, sorry I haven't followed up sooner, just used to kickstarters having delays so I didn't think about it until now. I'm Backer 11,829 and i haven't received my unit yet, are you able to give me an update ?
Please I've not received my unit yet is there anyway someone can reach out to me to let me know when I can be expecting it?
A lot of accusations on your part. It has continued to improve with each update.
@Ryan, why would you ask at the beginning the brand and model y later you would not be able to deliver it? I asked for the refund time ago and so far no reply. You reply to these messages only with 'almost there', 'soon', etc but no real date. Instead of carry on traveling with our money pretending that you're improving the tool. Why don't you first deliver the product to the people who believed in your idea and supported you?
Almost four weeks since the update. Do we have any progress to note for "... the Fuji X-T1*, Fuji X-E2, Nikon D3100, Nikon D3000, Sony SLT-A99, and Sony SLT-A77 II." cameras?
Just saw the shipping email from 4 days ago - :)
Hi - haven´t received it yet ... backer nr 16,433 ... when can I expect it?
I have made multiple attempts to communicate with you even sending from my other email accounts but I still no reply. I have not receive mine as of today.
Hi Arsenal Team, what about the new certified cameras..?
"Some of the more popular cameras we will work to certify are: Nikon Z6, Nikon Z7, Canon EOS R, Fuji X-T2, Fuji X-T3, and Panasonic GH5."
Having a Fuji X-T2, I have not used my Arsenal since I have received it.....
Thanks for your efforts.
@andreas neubauer New update for iOS has been a bit delayed (we released it twice to a small group, but found items we had to fix). It was released to some BETAs again today, so I'm hopeful it will be out over the weekend or Monday, along with a new Android build.
@Slim Sent you a PM as well
@Mark Dodgeon Sent you a PM
@scornwell to which version did you update ? I still waiting for the update which should have been here around the 19 th
When does this number get shipped? not bugging ... just curious. Ta
Updated today, Smart Mode is now working on the Sony A7ii, so definite improvement there. Looking forward to focus stacking being implemented for this camera. Thanks!
How is progress with the November 19 update?
At the moment Arsenal only works as a remote trigger for the Sony A7II, Smart Mode doesn't work at all.
Stoked to hear about possible future X-T2/3 support, but right now I'm really enjoying using Arsenal with my X-T1.
I've been seeing the updates about shipping for weeks, probably months now with all the batches going out but I've not seen a shipping notice and no sign of anything this end. My messages to check on things via Kickstarter haven't been responded to either. I don't know if I'm just unlucky and am at the back of the queue or if I've missed the shipping notification or if it has been lost in transit. Any news guys? Just some idea would be good to hear.
@Mads Sent you a PM
@RGUnlimited Sorry that slipped through the cracks, looks like we responded. Thanks!
@Dennis Oosthuizen Great to hear!
@Vincent Poppe We mention the X-T2 and X-T3 in the update above; we hope to certify them soon. We haven't looked at the X-PRO2 yet.
@Petter Olaf Vetne Sent you a PM
@Peter Horstink Great to hear! Adding that is on our to do list as well. Not likely in the next release, but we hope to get it in there soon. Thanks!
@Eric Ullman I believe Nate responded. Thanks.
@Singh Karan We hope to add some, yes. Can't say for certain we'll be able to, but we will certainly attempt to support the more popular Olympus cameras. No exact timeline for that yet; we'll need to dive in and see how it compares to what we've done so far.
When are you planning to give me my refund you promised me months ago?
Update: I heard back from the support team. Thanks.
I have sent several emails to support and posted a comment in KS (which I admit is easy to get lost in the midst of all the comments in there). It is really frustrating to read that ALL of the support tickets have been addressed and that mine is still unanswered for 2.5 months now.... Can some please take care of this? @Ryan
Firmware update (16 Nov '18) works well so far and I am happy all round, Everything seems to be working well. (Nikon D850 and Canon 5D Mk iv).
You are talking about Fuji X-T1. What about the X-T2, the X-T3 and the X-PRO2?
There's a message (PM) where I haven't gotten a response to. Could somebody take a look?
@Ryan: It's great to hear that things are coming along. Unfortunately, as a Fujifilm X-T1 owner, that hasn't been my personal experience. I requested a refund four days ago and haven't had a response. I'd appreciate one. Thanks.
Hi, I use Arsenal with my A7riii. After last update things are working quite well. One I am surprised that is not working is the bulb mode for exposures over 30 seconds. It works with most cheap timer remotes over USB, so I am surprised it is missing here. Especially combined with a timer for multiple shots would be a great addition.
Keep up the good work!
Are there any plans to add Olympus by chance in the near future. Specially omd em1 mkii.
@Temu Multi-point and focus stacking are bugs being worked on for the A7. Are you seeing any other issues? Send us an email (email@example.com) if so. Thanks!
@Tom Kellond You can buy additional cables on our website. The connections are generic, but the length is custom so it doesn't get in the way when shooting. Thanks!
@Matthieu Catteau Email our support and they can help (firstname.lastname@example.org). Thanks.
@Sharin Sent you a PM
@CRC VAN DER FEER Sent you a PM
@Edmeister Sent you a PM.
@Luis Fernando Franco Send us an email (email@example.com) and we'll be glad to assist with that. The A77 is still on the list to work on, but we haven't gotten there yet. Thanks!
@John Luciano We're working on some ways to minimize impact there, by 1) Reducing the size of the updates so they download quicker, and 2) moving to software-only updates (so if you downloaded the new mobile app automatically but didn't upgrade Arsenal and it forces an update, the mobile app can do an update to Arsenal that is both small/quick and doesn't require internet). I think these will be big improvements and help minimize any disruption in the field. Thanks!
