Born and raised in New York City, Melissa O'Donnell has been working in restaurants since 1991. She graduated from The French Culinary Institute with Honors in 1994 and stayed on to work as an Assistant Chef teaching all 4 levels of the curriculum.
Melissa understands all aspects of the restaurant business, having been a server, bartender, front-of-house manager, prep cook, line cook, Sous Chef, Chef and owner.
