We have signed the intent to purchase a current franchise. We have our location
Many People know MMH, LLC as Ta Die For Gourmet Cupcakes, we opened the cupcake bakery in the winter of 2010. When I was deployed to Afghanistan in 2012, with the National Guard, I was brainstorming on ways to expand my current business. the logical choice ended up being one of my hobbies which I am very passionate about. We are in the process of opening a Brew Pub called Twenty-Nine BrewPub and Wood Fired Pizza.
Twenty-Nine will open using a 7BBL system, I configured my system in a way to allow me to brew in small batches and offer for sale 6-8 craft beers daily. We will rotate the selection frequently and also introduce seasonal beers. Customers will be able to purchase beer in a pint glass or by the growler.
In addition to Craft beer, we will also produce wood fired pizzas and pub style appetizers, Dessert will be our Gourmet Cupcakes and Sweet Surrender Cookies
To open Twenty-Nine we need between $400,000 and $600,000 for construction, equipment, and operating funds. We have an investor to cover a large portion of our initial cash injection. The remainder will be funded by kickstarter
Risks and challenges
In building our business plan I address several issues which could arise that could effect Twenty-nine's profitability. I have already been working with the State licensing agency and local government to assure we are following all procedures to open successfully. As with many start up restaurants, things do go wrong. We have faced many challenges in running Ta Die for Gourmet CupcakesLearn about accountability on Kickstarter
