Menemene Kids Co. is a Māori kids wear brand designed for everyone.

Created because I couldn't find a t-shirt I liked for my nephew Hawaiki, this brand is a labour of love and whānau.

This is a small collection of four designs. 

The 'Favourites' Collection - inspired by my nephew Hawaiki's favourite things include 3 styles the: Ngaru, Mokonui & Aihi Kirimi.

The 4th style is the Uira design, which is only available during our Kickstarter Campaign.  

 

 

 

These designs are only the beginning with around 30 new designs already in the design and development stages.

I hope these first four t-shirts will be just the start of a journey into a full clothing range, inspired by Te Ao Māori, for kids with style.

Risks and challenges

The risks we have identified are freight risk, supplier risk, production time.

The strategies we have implemented to mitigate these risks include, engaging local suppliers only, engaging reputable suppliers only, extensive lead time research.
