A trivial carelessness can cause most car accidents and it even might take your life and family’s happiness away. With its advanced computer vision technology, AONE, the Safest driving companion, arranges extra precautions to avoid such accidents and ensures peace of mind for your loved ones.
AONE(ADAS All in One) is the new generation of connected car for smart and safe driving. It assists your safe driving using computer vision technology with the OBD data such as speed, RPM, steering wheel angle and etc. from your car. The device will guide you the safe driving with the information, your vehicle condition, driving habits, and traffic conditions. AONE assures total protection for vehicles and passengers. AONE utilizes smartphone camera for object detection and smartphone screen for display of information. The high quality of detection is able to improve level of safety that you and your family can feel.
While driving a car, do you feel nervous what will happen to your car or road? Most of you do thinking of it. ADAS One is the smart car service for protection of car accident and improvement of safe driving. AONE is the entry level product of ADAS One Brand which support LDW (Lane Departure Warning), FCW (Forward Collision Warning), FVSA (Forward Vehicle Stop Alert), E-call, and other safe driving technology. It provides the possibility of unexpected car accident providing the audio warning from your Android smartphone.
The AONE System is coupled of OBD connector, OBD scanner, smartphone cradle and Android app. AONE is attached quickly and easily to your car’s rear view mirror. It takes less than 5 mins to install with no mechanical experience needed. OBD II interface in the vehicle connects to your Android phone by micro-USB connector. Through Android apps, the AONE System gets the driving conditions and vehicle status from OBD scanner through micro-USB. The data include speed, RPM, steering wheel angles, battery voltage, DTC and etc. They are very important data for analysis of vehicle status. The Android app utilizes the camera of smartphone for detection of lanes and front vehicles. Our advanced computer vision technology such as Lane detection and vehicle detection help the driver to enjoy a safe driving through the Lane departure, forward vehicle detection, driver's car monitoring in real time while driving.
AONE can become your another eye on the road for the traffic through the smartphone camera. Watching the traffic accident outbreak situation caused by the negligence of the traffic situation on the road, when it detects an accident event, the driver tells the hazard warning. AONE employs the computer vision technology and tools to gather data through OBD II. The camera captures video which AONE analyzes in real time. Don’t worry about missing conscious of danger. Our product will catch immediately and let you know.
Sometimes you might be speaking phone call or mind-wandering while driving your car. If you miss the steering wheel or your eyes go dispersed, a probability of accident will go up high degree. AONE, always caring for driver’s safety, is able to reduce the probability. AONE adds an extra set of “eyes” to your driving, when deviating from driving lane without turn signal, makes the visual, vibration or sound alerts to detect the vehicle is drifting out the lane due to negligence of the driver.
AONE monitors your distance from the driving car to the front vehicle. Not only will it warn you if you come too close, but it will also help you practice maintaining a safe distance if you’re prone to tailgating. AONE lets you step-by-step warning of risk of collision situation of the vehicle by calculating the collision time when the inter-vehicle distance from the vehicle in front narrowed. This FCW alerts the driver of the critical situation and therefore can prevent or mitigate an accident.
With FVSA function, AONE notifies the driver by means of a buzzer and the forward vehicle indicator on the multi information display when the driver’s vehicle remains stopped after the vehicle in front has started to move forward. When the vehicle in front remains stopped continuously (within a following distance of approximately 32 ft (10 m) and the driver’s vehicle remains stopped for several seconds or longer), the system continues to detect the vehicle in front and this alarm activates if the vehicle in front advances approximately 10 ft (3 m) or more while the driver’s vehicle remains stationary.
We must consider all possible contingencies. Although you don’t want to imagine, you may not be able to reach to contact for relief aid at embarrassing moment of the accident. Don’t be panic but just be calm. AONE by calling the automatic emergency call in the aid of contact for accident prevention and accident alerts, as well as to pre-enter the police station in the driver's smartphone, emergency center, a loved one, such as a driver requests a rapid emergency assistance.
Frequent Incoming calls, navigation, enjoying music and etc. while driving are some of the factors which inhibit the safe driving experience. The hands-free usage of smartphone will be the best way for safe driving. And AONE also provides a secure way to take advantage of a little more phone calls and navigation for drivers to recognize that, while the road conditions and traffic situations in the camera image provide assistance to the driver in safe driving.
AONE analyzes the driving pattern and identifies drowsiness and fatigue movement of the driver. Rapid acceleration, tailgating, flashing headlights, speeding or weaving through traffic and sudden breaker raise the possibility for unexpected accident. And the lane departure without turn signal and the level of FCWS warning will be active to provide necessary precaution for the driver. All these data on driving behavior will be stored in the system and app will analyze the data to generate Safe Driving Index. The Safe driving index will act as reference for the driver recommended to improve the driving behavior which will ultimately lead to Eco-Driving experience.
Gradual acceleration enhances fuel efficiency. Accelerating about 20km/h through five seconds enhances fuel efficiency by about 11%. When idling, the engine runs without any loads except the engine accessories. AONE records idle running time, re-fueling date and the distance the car travel within each re-fueling. With these data and driving pattern, AONE can assist the driver with practicing Eco-Driving Experience. AONE recommends driver some guidelines while helps to drive economically and ecologically to improve the driving pattern.
You can get your driving information more simply with AONE. While you drive, the information of vehicle driving and diagnosis are reported on AONE smartphone application to make you check vehicle’s overall condition. Also it can be help to maintaining good condition as well as obtaining definite evidence when examining a cause of traffic accident. Driving and diagnosis info include vehicle fuel efficiency, RPM, average driving speed, DTC(Diagnostic Trouble Code), Steering Angle and etc.
AONE keeps records/dates of last maintenance works and car components repairing information with diagnostic trouble code (DTC) in the system. With this information and DTC reference, AONE also recommends the driver the upcoming maintenance plan and alarms each part’s status as well. It also keeps records of last parking location and assists the driver for hassle-free parking. AONE Infotainment System can make you the best driver and get you the best maintained vehicle.

Risks and challenges
Every IT and electronics development project may have frequent risks of being on time to release a product suffering occasional variables to specification alteration.
Our passion and full commitment toward AONE has built up considerable amount of experience and knowledge in the vehicle camera system for completing the project successful.
As the result of accumulating internal capacity, we were able to win CES Innovation award in 2 consecutive years by our own branded AONE line-up. The challenges we currently face are in the areas of compatibility and connectivity. There is a wide range of android devices(smartphones) as well as operating system versions and supported APIs. The initial goal of supporting all android devices at product launch proved to be resource intensive. These and many other reasons have forced us to certify the Jan 2017 release only on smartphones running android version 4.4 - 6.0.1 ( API 19-23 ).
With regards to iOS development, we plan to support iPhones 5 & 6 at March 2017 product launch. The current product supports only Android Phone.
Connectivity issues are of serious concerns in the OBD mobile application development domain. Issues circling around accurately identifying vehicles protocol to keeping steady between the mobile device and the sensor. Some of the data are not standard data which the automobile manufacture are defined their specific data format. The database will be updated frequently for the existing car and new cars. Some of the models do not correct full data. However, we will add more database for non-standard data continuously.
