This was a concern we ensured to focus on and attack very early in the concepts. So we've added 3 constraints that are sure to prevent that from occurring.
Accelerometer : the accelerometer is working while the device is unlocked and any noise in the accelerometer readings would be captured. While the accelerometer is reading any noise, the motor stays shut off. Imagine something similar to new cars with electronic brakes.
Locking ring interference sensing: if for any reason the ring comes out, the instant it touches the spoke or any interference, it instantly retracts back.
main thing preventing this: physical button needs to be pressed for 3 whole seconds or tapped 3 times before it allows the motors to engage.
