About

We discovered an entirely new phenomenon in women, not reported in any scientific literature so far. We have observed that women have an equal role in selection of baby's gender. Female's menstrual cycle are gender specific. One cycle is more suitable for conceiving a boy and the immediate next one is for conceiving a girl. It is due to genetically controlled ratio of sex hormones in follicular fluid which reverses in next cycle. We have seen this phenomenon in around 1500 women to support this theory.

Let me present an actual case just as an example to show how this program works:

CUSTOMER'S NAME: BG (TRYING TO CONCEIVE: A BOY ) PROPOSED NAME OF BABY: ALTON                                                    1st PreGender mid-cycle urine sample dated 9/1/14 showed a girl phase 2nd PreGender mid-cycle urine sample dated 10/3/14 showed a boy one. Period start date 10/16/14, assumed that girl phase started. No test was done. Period start date 11/12/14, assumed that boy phase started. No test was done. Full conception plan was emailed. CONCEIVED IN THIS CYCLE, MISSED PERIOD 12/10/14 FirstGender post-conception urine sample dated 12/16/14 detected a boy. WE REPORTED WELCOME ALTON! ULTRASOUND SCAN ON 4/10/15 CONFIRMED A BOY

We have nealy 300 successful cases like this. Since 92% couples conceiving in appropriate cycles are already getting their desired babies, this much success rate makes us believe that after sperms are deposited, the hormonal environment of the uterus in a particular cycle exerts the gender selection pressure by sorting and selecting X & Y chromosome bearing sperms.

We strongly believe that a live video can be produced to see if X & Y sperms preferentially move towards one kind of follicular fluid (FF). A microchannel will be designed having three microwells in one line. The two FF solutions collected from two consecutive periods from same woman would be placed on each ends and fluorescently dyed sperms placed in the central well. The movement of sperms will be video recorded by a fluorescence microscope and analyzed. If we see that majority of Y sperms preferentially move towards FF from boy phase and that the X sperm toward a girl phase, it will prove that the uterus selects gender of baby. This will open a new chapter in human reproductive biology.

Please note that this is a live video and not an animated one which is easier to make. The work will be published in peer reviewed medical journal and names of all collaborators will be included at the end of video.

Your financial contribution will help us show this new concept in female reproductive biology through a video. This is based on original research over 30 years by Dr. Kuldeep Verma, with more intensive research over last 10 years. By analysing two consecutive mid-cycle urine sample from women trying to conceive a baby of specific gender, we can determine in which cycle the couple should try conception to get that baby. The technology of this preconception test is covered by two US patents 9,057,720 & 8,759,109 & two European patents.

Wayne State University has offered to use the fluorescence microscope and we have the backing from world's top scientists in the field of sperm movement for other guidance.

This research will improve the plight of women in many societies where women are blamed for not been able to produce a baby of specific gender. Couples having multiple babies of same gender do not have to blame each other because it is simply due to the fact that they conceive preferably only in one type of cycle. Our technology is the only system in the world to conceive desired baby in specific cycle. We provide guidance to achieve that. In other words, the era of gender specific conception has come. The idea of just keep trying is over.

This technology will help create smaller balanced families leading to happier families and communities with lesser domestic violence. All information will be kept confidential.

Risks and challenges

Since this would be world's first video of its kind, numerous attempts will need to be made to reach a final version. All the persons involved (IVF specialists, physicians, nurses, post-doc students etc) will have to be compensated for their expertise.

Although the data strongly favors that the said video is plausible, no warrantee can be placed for its success. That is why we want to offer our test services in exchange for the contribution.
