Coloring Books for adults are all the rage now. I thought it would be cool to take selections from my several art projects as well as new material and put them out there to see how other people would decorate these lovely ladies and the occasional cheesecake. The goal is to self-publish an initial run of 250 (Now 500!) 40-page (Now 80!) books, but stretch goals would include an increase in page count. Funds raised through this campaign would cover printing costs, art supplies and time spent putting the book together, as well as potential marketing costs.
Now that the project is funded, I've added three stretch goals!
If we reach $2500 (Achieved!), the first 100 backers will receive a 4x6 sketch card featuring one of my original one-lin doodles.
If we reach $3300, I'll add 10 pages to the coloring book, totaling 50.
If we reach $4000, I will add an additional 10 pages to the book, making the total 60.
If we reach $5000, I will add TWENTY more pages, totaling 80.
The T-Shirt reward levels are either of these:
I've also added some original drawings from my daily projects as reward levels, seen below:
Risks and challenges
I have quite a rather large back catalog of work to choose from but I want to fill this book with as much new stuff as I can, so I see that as being my only challenge. I will work daily on bigger and new material aimed at offering a more satisfying coloring experience. My goal is to self-publish an initial run of 250 books through Amazon's Createspace.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
