About this project
We are trying to get funding for the film "saddle in the night".
The film is a Western Noir Thiller written by Malek Haneen, camera man on films such as Traitor and Loaded, Director of Stange Curse of Love and Wrong Time. And Co written by Annette Strickholm who wrote Talledega Nights and Step Brothers with Will Ferrell.
We are looking for a good budget so we can bring in excellent actors and a superb set. Being that the film is in the 1930's we will need to budget all the appropriate time era props and such.
The money will be for the production of the film. The payment for actors and set design.
Malek Haneen has agreed to work for the project not the money as have many other members of the crew because they believe in the script and the ability it has to make alot of money after filmed.
Micheal Hardwick, Star Wars cameraman, has also signed on board as the DP. Please feel free to check him and Malek Haneen out on IMDB for reference.
Anyone donating a substantial amount is welcome to read the script which has been accepted into film festival s such as the Cannes Film fest and California Screenwriters Fest.
My dream and all my heart have been put into this script and for me to take the next big step in my life I really need to film this masterpiece. Its really what I live for!

The late 30's. The land was still rough and science was still on the verge of discovery. A comic book style western noir telling a tale of a out of mind killer in an old western mining town turned upside down. A battle of equal rights and civility. A tale of endurance for a lost man striving to hold onto a lost love.
