About this project
Introducing Mother Duck: The Video Game
The Video Game Greetings everybody and thank you for browsing our way! We are producing an adventure and an exploration game designed for young children to introduce them into the gaming world.
Now it's all very well that young children like all the 'same old games', whether they involve princesses, puzzles or 'educational' genres but time will come when they will drift off from those games and will want to play something exciting. With our game, we want it to become widely available and to be played while children are still developing, because it gives them the sense of reality and although fictional, it will give them an idea on how exciting and thrilling that action and adventure can be.
We did plan to release Mother Duck: The Video Game in time for the end of 2013, but this has been extended until April 2014, because we simply need money to finish development. We also started designing our own merchandise, but until we know we can fund the game creation, this has been withdrawn (but will be available if we can reach our fundraising goal) .
About the game: After Mother Duck, finds herself on a totally different planet, she has to battle her way through aliens, monsters, and bullies to get home and to find her owner (Mother Teresa). This Adventure, uncovers problems that Mother Duck has to face with her companions, Mother Hen and Mother Goose, as they travel around the various places in this fictional world while ending up in prison and betrayal leads to a thrilling and suspension experience as Mother Duck has to travel through space to defect her nemeses.
We want this to be a success, and we need your help. The game will soon be available to purchase on our website (which is in the process of being redesigned), and those that donate £10 will receive a free copy.
Risks and challenges
We want to perfect our game and so because of this, we will be constantly rolling out updates to ensure any bugs and glitches are fixed.
We will be giving away beta copies of the game to those that donate £10+, so we can receive feedback and make sure that everyone has a great Mother Duck experience, upon feedback completion, a full version will be provided.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
