Farewell Paonia, and Rewards Updates
I'm back in Chicago now, after quite an amazing and productive month spent in Paonia, Colorado. My days at Elsewhere Studios were filled with composing, singing, and drawing, as well as discussions with other artists and Paonians about Bartok, Reiki, true crime novels, and how to survive a bite from a black widow spider without the aid of Western medicine.

Since returning to Chicago, I have dedicated most of my time over the last week to coloring the Death Card. Below is a near final draft of the image. It has come a long way from the pencil drawings I shared in the last update. I'm hoping to have the final version within the next few days. After that I'll create a pattern for the back of the cards. I hope to ship these to backers in early October.
After this is complete, I will begin work on the Miniature Monster Music rewards. If you haven't already been hunting for the most gothic of sentences in "Frankenstein," please begin your search soon. Surveys will be sent out for those rewards in the next few days.
I have to reorder CDs, as we ran out of copies of the "I'll spend my nights in the graveyard" EP in New Mexico. I hope to have those to ship along with posters in early October as well.
For all other rewards, watch your inbox for surveys, which will be used to get information pertinent to the reward you selected.
I'm working on some other things, which will remain top secret for the time being. Suffice it to say that If things go according to plan, you will be seeing a lot of DSO in 2014.
That's pretty much it for now.
