Detailed Description & Features
Who Is the Trainer? Game encourages healthy eating and physical activity while having fun. This innovative product may comprise 10 playing cards with a point value from 0 to 100. Each card can also feature a healthful tip on the bottom. The 100-point card can designate the trainer, while the 0-point card can designate the couch potato. One player can shuffle and deal the cards, point-side down. Each player can look at his or her card, without showing it to the group. The trainer can then begin by saying, “Who is the trainer?” The player with the 90-point card responds, “I am the trainer.” The trainer then says, “Find the couch potato!”
The trainer will automatically receive 100 points and be out of the round. The player with the 90-point card then tries to identify who has the couch potato card. If the player with the 90-point card fails to identify the player with the couch potato card, the player with the the 90-point card will get 0 points and the couch potato will get 90 points. If the player with the 90-point card gets it right, then he or she will get 90 points and the couch potato will get 0 points for that particular round. Players will accumulate points throughout several rounds, depending on which card they receive and if they identify the couch potato. The player with the highest amount of points then creates three workouts for the other players to do.
A set of detailed rules and instructions, as well as a scoring sheet, can be offered with the game. The exact specifications may vary upon manufacturing.
