We have experience creating and maintaining an expansive organic-vegan menu for a mobile meal delivery service and providing personal meal preparation services to individual households. This forced us to keep food costs within a reasonable budget. We now offer our cost-effective, nutrient-rich, and universally appealing recipes in a uniquely efficient and easy-to-follow format.
We are raisiing funds to design and print The Efficient Vegan and market it to book and health food outlets.

PROVEN AND BUDGET-FRIENDLY RECIPES
All recipes were commercially tested and distributed through a mobile meal delivery service. Each recipe has been produced multiple times with consistent results. Meal ideas were produced for $3 or less per serving.
Conventionally appealing recipes include:

THE CODE SYSTEM
Each ingredient of the vegan kitchen will be identified and assigned a symbol. Recipes that share symbols will be cross referenced. This will allow the reader to organize their weekly meals around a variety of recipes with shared ingredients. For example, a reader can prepare a recipe of fresh herb marinara to make the “Sausage” Pizza, then use the remaining sauce for a recipe of Mushroom Kale Ravioli. Both of these recipes also use the “Cheese,” kale, and fresh basil and oregano. This unique efficiency will encourage even a novice cook to prepare truly nourishing and satisfying organic foods.

The recipes and text for The Efficient Vegan are prepared and being edited. We have sourced the graphic designer, photographer, photo location, and printer. Although we are well prepared to execute this project, we understand there is potential for unknown obsticles that could delay the promise date of our book.
Because of this, we have sourced alternate vendors for every aspect of our cookbook's production and have included a small cushion on our budget to accomodate changes in costs. These precautions will help ensure we can deliver The Efficient Vegan as promised.
