About this project
The goal of this project is to compile, design, and publish a Portrait Journal of the first 75 days of the Occupy Wall Street Movement into a Coffee Table sized book. The book is entitled,
"99% Occupy Wall Street Park, a Portrait Journal Volume 1- by Rosilloi".
The book includes original photos taken by Rosilloi during the first 75 days of the movement.
Rosilloi uses a technique that augments his photos with his painting prowess. The result is an original form Rosilloi calls 'Paintography.
All the photos have been compiled and organized up to date.
While many of the photos have been worked on, the volume is astronomical and continues to grow as Rosilloi continues to document the events.
Everyday is a new batch of photos, that need to be logged, organized and worked on.
The money that is raised from KickStarter, will help Rosilloi to edit and produce his Photo-Journal into a complete and publishable Coffee-Table book.
Some of the costs:
- Videographer, Caption Writer, Photo Editor (Carl Shimkin)
-New Computer with upgraded graphic design software and more internal memory.
new cybershot digital camera, old one broke
-Printing Process-- design, scaling, formatting and editing costs.
-A full publishable Demo Book will be created by the end of project.
This first Volume should be ready by the end of the summer 2012.
Thanks for the support KickStarter
