Risks and challenges
I think everyone knows the risks involved in funding a kickstarter project, but with a photography project like this there really isn’t much of any risk. It’s a fairly straight forward project with a clear goal but with that said I’m required to list some sort of challenges and risks to this project.
Admittedly it can be challenging to get a book printed but I’ve found a company that allows you to sale self-published works through their site. I have a stock pile of photos waiting to go and I’m working on the layout and design of the finished book right now. I’ve included several examples of my work here so that prospective backers can decide for themselves if they think my work is worth backing.
To contribute, just click on the pledge level that you like, and then you’ll enter your payment info through Amazon checkout. It’s all safe and secure.
Kickstarter is an all on nothing system so I’ll only receive the final payment when the project reaches its final goal. If I don’t reach that goal I don’t get any money and no one is charged. It’s a win win deal!
