      It took them 3 months to send me a broken watch and now they want me to send it back so they can see that it's faulty and then wait 3 more months to have it sent back. These watches are straight up faulty and they know it. They're just straight up robbing people, charging us for a broken product and making it as difficult as possible to get it fixed.

      Illegitimate and deceptive practices BUYER BEWARE,

      When I purchased my Kickstarter Florence Blue Gold watch one of the options was to equip "sapphire glass" for a extra premium cost. Long story short some month's later of absolutely babying the watch to an obsessive degree ( I even have my own protective case for it) I noticed a large scratch on the face. Having not abused it, dropped it or made contact with walls, or diamonds I was confused because I have had previous watches with sapphire glass, and I know it is very difficult to scratch them. I contacted the company and was told that:

      the "sapphire glass option" was in fact "synthetic" sapphire!

      Not only am I disappointed but this is classic textbook case of deceptive practices, if I knew it wasn't real sapphire glass I wouldn't have paid the extra premium cost for it to be equipped.

      CAVEAT EMPTOR, BUYER BEWARE!

      While it took a while, I had a decent customer service experience with Filippo Loreti. All 3 of my watches encountered unusual tarnishing for no reason. I sent all 3 in and got them back 2 weeks ago. It took a while due to me lagging on sending the 3rd watch.
      Watches were originally sapphire but they had no sapphire in stock. They refunded me the difference between sapphire and mineral.
      If anything, I followed up every week or 2 for updates and I think that helps ensure everything goes smoothly.

      Ladies and Gentlemen. These guys have put this campaign back on the market on Kickstarter and raised now more than 4 million euros offering new models. The unaware bidders will suffer from this at a massive scale. My Milano R stopwatch stopped working within a two weeks. One of the buttons went loose in a month. When my claim was raised I was asked to dispatch at my own cost to Croatia, with no guarantee of resolution.

Yet at such scale producing tens thousands of watches some incidents cannot be completely avoided. We are learning as we go - problems from the first production batch have been addressed and fixed completely.       I got my watch in a few months ago and within days, the glass would not stay intact. I took it to a watch repair shop in the US and they said the glass was not curved to accommodate the increased height in the center. You guys claim to be luxury watches, but can't get this simple part correct? Now, I have to send my watch back and wait for god knows how long to get it back assuming they even fix it.

      I would not have backed this project if I had it to do all over again.

      Got my watch finally a month ago, and it worked for alittle but now it stopped working and some of the pieces inside are loose. I've been incredibly careful with it also, only wearing it on occasions. This in top of the watching being sent late with no notification on arrival. Pretty disappointed

      @sophie, as I said in the comments earlier, it's a very rare case as the vast majority of our products are fault free and are manufactured to the highest standard. Yet at such scale producing thousands of watches some incidents cannot be completely avoided. Now, in order to avoid products being damaged during transit we've changed our delivery partners. I am sure this will help us avoid such incidents in the future. More, we've added additional quality control steps in the production line as well as upgraded our watch components supply chain to ensure higher quality finishing and construction.       Just received my "repaired" watch. everything has been put back together but now it just doesnt work anymore. At all. no ticking no nothing. i have to admit, didnt see that one coming... pretty surprised as well. Took you almost 2 month to send back something broken.

      I've got my watch.
      It's not really what i expected.... it's not like the picture at all.
      They shipped by DHL so that i need to pay the customs tax about 333 CNY.
      I'm so disappoint about the goods and this project.

      I am more than happy with my black/red Milano, however, the black/gold Rome from my original reward didn't leave me as satisfied. I couldn't put my finger on what exactly is wrong with it but I've not worn it at all yet. Also the leather straps were very stiff and rubbed a lot and required a lot more breaking in than those of previous and current watches I own or have owned (my favourite is the hard suede strap on my rose gold Armani Exchange). That aside I've used the stop watch plenty and even my teething puppy hasn't managed to put a scratch on the glass.

      I believe I should have realised that all photos were taken from the top and with a lot of enhancements..

      I must say I'm disappointed by the watches. The materials used feels very cheap.

      The hour, minute and second hands are very difficult to see as the color f the hands and watch face is the same!

      So, everyone is giving their opinion so I will give mine. I bought 3 watches and have some mixed feelings.
      This project had many flaws but delivered on the most important thing: producing stunning watches. But I will sum up everything:
      -This project is stated to be from Milan, Italy. But it turns out to be from Lithuania. Nothing wrong about it, but they should be more clear about that. I feel a little bit tricked about that.
      -I read a few comments talking about customs issues, I had plenty issues as well. In fact I had to waste extra 100 Euro in custom expenses (if I knew they were not from Italy, I dont Know if I would have backed this project).
      -The watches were advertised as Luxurious. They are good watches (maybe on a Swatch kind of level) but they are not Luxurious.
      -I have spent 367 euro + 100.38 euro (custom expenses - I will get to that later in this comment) It is a lot. However, even though I feel sad about a few things about this project and although these watches are not Luxurious (I have a legít Ómega and it doesnt compare) with this quality they are well worth 250euro each.
      That means I paid 467 euros for 750 euro worth watches. So, I am somewhat happy and the watches are beautiful.

      My advice to this brand is to be more transparent in the future. Transparency is not about putting smiles on each sentence. It's about giving the customer the necessary information prior to purchase.
      These watches are beautiful, and worth the price, so I would back this project again. But I found after deep investigation that these extra 100,38 euro was caused by lack of information regarding the origin of the package. And that is not good because it might prevent me from buying again.

      This is rediculous. When I received my watches they sent the wrong straps in the wrong size. I told them about it on June 15 and after numerous follow up messages they just keep fobbing me off. The watches are crap quality and it seems now the company has their money they don't give a crap about after sales support. Can anyone tell me how to report these guys to kickstarter and/or get a refund?

      One of my watches arrived DEFECTIVE. They also don't look as nice as advertised. I emailed support for sent back instructions and shipping cost re-reimbursements. They said "Send it back, we will inspect it and ONLY reimburse if they deem the watch was damaged before arrival" (Meaning they decide weather i broke it or not, not me even though the watch was broken the moment it arrived).

      I was fully supportive of their delays and bullshit, but thanks to these guys. I will never support anything on KS again.

      Has anyone else had a problem with the quality of their watch? Then subsequently had a problem getting anyone at Fillippo and Loretti to do anything about it? I have been asked to get a quote for repair but when that was considered too expensive I am now meant to send it back. But what postal address? What is the process for reclaiming back the money spent on postage? I am really disappointed with this. I thought the whole point of this campaign was for a group of people to make a bit of a difference at a smaller scale, manufacture sonething unique of good quality. So far they are managing to be uniquely rubbish at customer support and manufacturing watches.
