By Soil to Sale, we mean a shirt that is not only manufactured in America, but also created exclusively from American Made Components. When ever possible, we also use American raw materials. For example, our cotton is grown, spun into yarn, and woven into fabric all in the United States. We then cut and sew the shirts in New York City’s Garment District.
These shirts are made from 100% cotton, white oxford and blue chambray fabrics. They are produced right here in the United States from cottonseed to the loom.
These fabrics are soft and durable. They will look better the more you wash and wear them, giving your shirt a truly personalized look and feel as you "break it in".
Our thread, tags, and buttons are also produced right here in America.
We chose chalk buttons for our oxford shirt. They are matte-white, adding an understated elegance and distinction. We also used an accent navy blue thread on our cuff buttons and bar tack on the waist seam of the shirt. It shows our personality without overtaking the shirt's versatile design.
To our blue chambray we used chalk and resin mixture buttons that give the impression of pearling, but with a subtle non-traditional style. Similar to the white oxford, on the blue chambray we used orange accent thread on our cuff buttons and bar tack.
Our favorite feature is our embroidered rocket. Rockets represent American ingenuity, determination, and our will to set high goals and achieve them in the face of adversity. Rockets are built with precision for missions to places new and exciting. Rockets are launched with fire and passion and test the limits of human knowledge and understanding.
We raised the armhole slightly and shortened the sleeve just a bit so that your shirt will have a more tailored look. However we left in classic American concepts like room in the shoulders and waist so you can move and feel comfortable in your active lifestyle.

HOW TO REACH US:
Risks and challenges
Over the past five months, we have developed relationships with vendors and manufacturers we trust. However, due to the complexity of the project, we will need time to allow those vendors to provide the high quality work that we expect. We will be diligent with our vendors, and tireless in our efforts to deliver your shirts on time.
To help alleviate some of the lead times, we have ordered a large stock of the oxford fabric, due to its scarcity, and will place orders for all of our other materials as soon as our Kickstarter closes.
At the end of our Kickstarter, we will send out a survey asking you what size you would like to receive. We expect to fulfill orders in 16-24 weeks, and will fulfill orders on a first-come/first-serve basis.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
