Project Blog!

I have a blog up on the Potential Energy: Carbon Conserves project that I have been working on in Paonia, CO. You can add your own contribution to the energy dialog on the blog: potentialenergycarbonconserves.wordpress.com

At the Mountain Harvest Festival in Paonia!

Hi my friends,

It has been a very busy week and a half at the residency in Paonia, and I wanted to tell you that the piece "Potential Energy:Carbon Conserves" was successfully presented at the Mountain Harvest Festival in Paonia this last weekend! People came and left their ideas about energy on tags that adorned the bottles of local coal and fruit arranged on my vendor's stand.

I will be sending out gifts and detailed e-mails with more images by mid-October.

Thanks again for all your help.

Carbon Conserves Icon for the Jars!

Thanks to everyone for their support on this project. I'm almost to the goal!

I just finished the design for the Carbon Conserves jar label, which I am going to send out for printing in a couple of weeks. Here it is! The blank spot on the label under "Mined By" will have a handwritten name of the local mining company where I purchase the coal.
