Hi friends! 

I'm raising funds through crowd-funding to create high quality yoga videos so you can practice along with me in your home. I believe that yoga should start in and have a strong foundation in the studio with a teacher present, however, there are times when we just can't make it there in person! Having a consistent and steady practice is vital to maintaining harmony in mind, body, and soul. 

I've put together 4 different yoga packages to best fit you: a Beginner Package, a Meditation Package, an Intermediate package, and an AllTheStuffs package :) . By investing in a package you get access to the videos for life and can download them to practice in your home, on your phone, or pc anytime. Your contribution helps me to pay for the production of these videos and the cost of hosting them on my website. Thank you for helping me bring this project to life!

Ben Baker Lee
Ben Baker Lee

Filmmaker: Ben creates films and videos. He loves to communicate in today’s audio visual language to bring to light the highest potential of the teams, clients and brands that he works with. He taught yoga and meditation at Charm City Yoga. He also produced, filmed and edited videos for Charm City Yoga as an Art Director. Additionally he was the personal assistant for his yoga teacher and Charm City Yoga's founder and co-owner Kim Manfredi. He also worked on the administration of Charm City Yoga's 200 and 300 hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher training programs. Justine Garrett

Justine fell in love with Yoga in 2014 and completed her ytt 200 hour certification in 2016. In her own practice she has an immeasurable love of finding the balance between consistent, gentle effort and relaxation to find the place of most benefit and perfect union of body and mind through the breath while expanding the mind and heart space. This inward exploration has enhanced her life beyond words and she loves being a part of the yoga community. Justine likes hiking with her Swiss Mountain dog and she's currently learning Ukelele to one day play at open mic. She also enjoys howling at the full moon. 

Jen Lyons
Jen Lyons

World traveler, Mindfulness advocate. Outdoor enthusiast. Seeker of the occult. Loved by babies and dogs alike. Spends everyday attempting to be the person she’d wish to encounter in the world. She also likes crystals, sunsets, astronomy. Jen teaches yoga and meditation at Main Street Yoga in Ellicott City.

Anne Marie

Anne Marie is a certified Yoga teacher. She believes yoga is a journey of movement, intention setting, expanding boundaries and breathing. Emily expands yoga beyond yoga studios with her videos that provide easy alignment queuing and guided meditation.

Priyanka Raj Singh
Priyanka Raj Singh

Priyanka is a mother of two boys and a certified 200-hour yoga teacher. She has a wonderful smile and is really good at getting others to smile along with her. 

 

Risks and challenges

The risks and challenges that come with creating this project are: Not raising enough funds! Underestimating the level of interest in offering yoga videos for home practice.

I believe I've put together a well-rounded package of videos that will benefit beginner yogis and meditators as well as intermediate students; students who come to my current classes and are in need of a home supplement, and also friends and family who live far away and have been wanting to practice with me on a daily basis. Help me bring this project to life by sharing this with your friends who may be interested!

If I exceed my goal any extra funds will go towards maintaining videos on my site and if possible filming more videos :)
