Got a private email from the Creator this morning, he said there would be an update today.
Your last update said fulfillment would start by today, and you’d be telling us about completing fulfillment.

I can’t believe the lack of information. Nothing has been said since July 6th.
We all understand you’re fixing something you were not nearly as capable as you thought to develop; but since you ask for our money we deserve information and ultimately receive the Zing.
At this point I’m not even excited about the product, just want to receive it for the sake of the money I put down.
Seriously guys, don’t quit your day job; innovation and entrepreneurship isn’t your cup of tea.

Website now looks a little suspicious
So here’s my thing: you NEED to communicate your intentions, because it seems like the project has shifted and the home site is about a different thing altogether now.
A lot of us are getting pretty frustrated and with good reason. You NEED to communicate an actual delivery schedule on the rewards we were promised. Saying silent doesn’t help ANYONE.

So it's been two weeks since the last update where you said that testing would be completed in 1.5 weeks. Was testing successful?

Finally got an update! No delivery dates and more cents to pass. But at least we are getting updates.

@Valentin - given there are no guarantees of delivery with Kickstarter, a threat of lawsuit is pointless.

Many backers are patiently waiting to receive their rewards. Since this campaign is long overdue, some backers are MOVING! I'm one of them. What mechanism will you put in place to update shipping addresses?
I would like to be reimbursed, the project is more than 5 months late.

Interestingly their update was a couple hours after filing a complaint.
@shannon. I’ve backed well over 100 projects. At a minimum reporting them will cause Kickstarter to contact them and ask them to communicate better.
@scott they just posted any update and a regular Kickstarter backer knows reporting a project does nothing, Kickstarter does not care. Give them a chance, unlike most they have been very honest and forthcoming about their difficulties.
In the UPDATES section they posted an update showing in June or July shipments will take place
With much regret, I elected to report this project to Kickstarter. It’s five months overdue, and communication has been spotty. When they do communicate it’s been ok to good, but the frequency has been deplorable.
They "guaranteed" delivery by Christmas so I would have thought most of the issues would have been worked out or else they just LIED about delivery for Christmas.

Keep the informative updates coming. Hearing in detail the successes and trials to your goal keeps us engaged in the process. I like to support those that give great updates and so far your a step above all others I’ve supported. Good work, can’t wait to have the finished product in hand.
