Eyedak Team Taking over
Long time since we had been in contact. Hope you are all doing well. This update is to inform you about a founder name change on the Vrase project in Kickstarter.
As you may know, Louise Bankhead was since the beginning, only a representative of the Eyedak Team. The company was established when we created the project, but we did not have all the legal requirements to name the project under the company’s denomination. As she is not working any longer on the company, since September 2014, it is time to pass on the Kickstarter project to the real Eyedak Team, who will keep you updated with the progress. We are working closely with Kickstarter to remove Louise’s name and rename the Created By as the Eyedak Team.
There are some checks to do and soon you will notice the change.

Thanks for this most excellent update! It addresses our primary concern over the last 3 years: That Eyedak is responsible for this project, not any one individual, or any specific group of individuals. Just Eyedak LLC -- a trusted leader in VR since 2013!

Regardless of how you call it, you are M0R0NS! Noone cares about this useless information. It you want to update your backers, deliver some news that actually worth telling. Perhaps your next update could inform us how the whether is wherever you are hiding.
I don't believe that IDI0TS like you people are allowed to run projects.

I just noticed this legal requirement on the Kickstarter website which was in effect at the time that the project was funded: "Project Creators are required to fulfill all rewards of their successful fundraising campaigns or refund any Backer whose reward they do not or cannot fulfill."
Question - So is this move to change ownership being done to relieve liability of Louise Bankhead in fullfilling this requirement - and move it to a legal entity which has limited liability if sued, and theirfore as a tactic to neutralize project owners legal obligation to either deliver or refund?

So, at this point, exactly what is the status of this project with regards to the design, manufacturing, packaging and shipping of the units that we have been patiently waiting for almost 3 years now?
What is the purpose of changing the ownership of the project and what are your short and long-term intentions or goals?

This is such a scam and joke. Hundreds of other headsets like this have been designed and manufactured in just a few weeks time. In fact I own several of them. You can now go to any tech or toy store and buy something better than this for $20. Of all my 40+ kickstarters this feels like the biggest scam I backed.

My BOBOVR Z4 VR headset and I'm sure Gear VR, HTC Hive, Rift, and lots outdo what this could have been. We wanted this in 2013, it's 2016 now and this is just junk. Can I opt for a refund please?
