About this project
Hello, my name is Bryce Conrad, and with my business partner and co-owner Dana Conrad we started up Saint Crepe with the vision of bringing an affordable luxury to the community. Over the past two summers we have operated the business out of a 10x10 Farmer’s Market setup, and have continued to grow our client base.
We have had the wonderful support and help of our family and other volunteers that have given their time to get the business off the ground.
Saint Crepe has had the pleasure of catering a number of different events for a wide range of clients. We have the ability, with the skill and knowledge we bring to the table, to accommodate any size event in any style the customer would like.
Our crepes are modeled off of the patronage, the origins and the names of Catholic Saints. We strive to provide food hand-crafted from fresh and sustainable ingredients. We have developed a wide variety of sweet and savory crepes that can be manipulated and altered in small ways to meet the seasonality of the markets and events we attend.
With the business progressing as it has been, we would like to expand into a food truck which would allow us to travel around the community and even farther, bringing our food anywhere from Portland to Seattle or wherever the road may take us. We need the financial support to buy a food truck, obtain the licenses required to operate, and cover any startup costs. Thank you for support.
Risks and challenges
Saint Crepe's current challenge is getting the word out about our Kickstarter and getting funding for our Food Truck. You can help by telling five of your friends about our business and vision for the Truck. The more we can get the word out, the more likely it is that we can get the food truck and come sell crepes in a town near you. This is just the beginning.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
