We want to bring new life (and death) in the good old arcade games. Starting with a simple but joyful shooting game we want to expand the Mambo-game territory to scenarios of unimaginable areas with traps, weapons and explosives that require your highest strategic reactions. Each of your actions will change the world your are in, challenging yourself and your enemies. There is not just one solution, many ways will lead you to victory (as long as you resist the enemy's bullet-storms)
The Future of our hero MAMBO: ...about the “muscled” soldier MAMBO who has to cross the enemies lines alone, rescue prisoners, destroy enemy bases, escape from jail and eliminate ridiculously big End bosses. Mambo future is to obtain new weapons across 7 large levels, evolving and upgrading his abilities. He will smash out his enemies in 4 different areas: Jungle, Desert, Arctic, ???. An a-typical hero, involved in suicidal missions, killing everybody with massive amount of bullets or surprising his enemies with stealthy strategies from the back. Distracting the enemies with misleading bombs and unexpected explosions. Choose your own way in open levels full of well-defended enemies bases. Be careful, our hero is a bit clumsy and will interact with you during the battle.

Mambo will gather different weapons, he pacifies the battlefields by killing his enemies in various ways.
Mambo will fight in four different areas… choose your best equipment to face the enemies.
Emergent game-play: Complex chain reactions can change the way you will accomplish the mission.
Choose your way to play.. Attack and face everybody with massive gun fire or better choose a stealthy strategic way.
Attention: The enemies are very well equipped!! Tanks will be aiming at Mambo in the battles. In the future Mambo might confiscate one of the huge tanks out there, who knows.. The multiple enemy's will surprise you with deathly futuristic robots, armed vehicles, tanks and massive end bosses..

This project started as a game we made over half a year production in our free time...Since people liked it and got completely addicted, we want to continue developing the game. We are looking for funding and like to involve players in developing this project together. Funding will help us to dedicate more time to the development, pay the resulting taxes etc. (as estimated in the diagram below).

This demo is currently in the Alpha stage… that means lot’s of art and code still has to be implemented/improved. The main engine is already in an advanced working stage. New improvements are being added weekly.

Risks and challenges
In the current working flow… during 6 months (only using weekends and free time) we managed to construct a proper basic tech-Demo for the game. The tech-demo is weekly improved online, free to play, and with full dedication we can make the goals as we planned and expect new surprises during the development.. …maybe more extra levels, different attacks… all depends of your input in the construction of MAMBO. If this campaign is successful we will work full dedication for this project. If you compare our Kickstarter campaign with similar Kickstarter, you’ll find we’ve tried to keep it simple while relying more on the stretch goals. Hopefully we’re offering a set of rewards (with the GAME above all !!) attractive enough, to receive your support and contribution for the creation of this game.
