Horatio Clam is an experimental, Western band based out of Detroit and is comprised of members David Rosman, Joel Gullickson, and Chris Hamilton.

We are producing a music video for our song "The Sun that Rises" off of our forthcoming debut album. The video will be directed by Jacob Hurwitz-Goodman.

Jacob is a director and documentary filmmaker from Detroit. You can check out his work here.

The video will be shot by Alex Hoxie.

Alex is a cinematographer and photographer also residing in Detroit. You can check out his video and photography work here.

The song was written and produced by David Rosman.

David has collaborated with a number of Detroit musicians. You can find some of their work here and here.

You can listen to some of his solo work here:

Risks and challenges

Our biggest challenge will be timing.

There are a number of props that we are building ourselves, the largest of which is a giant glowing worm large enough to eat two people. The artists that are working with us envision the worm as either a large puppet or something similar to a Chinese dragon. We need to order all of our materials as soon as possible.
