Hello Everyone,

Thank you all for waiting so patiently for an update as I finalize the documentary and work on post-production necessities. I'm really excited to share that a final cut of the documentary is completed, with all the music laid in. In fact, as we speak, sound and color correction, among the absolute final steps, are in the works. This has truly been a labor of love and I am thrilled to be so close to sharing it with you all.

The Final Cut

In the last few months, I have been exploring several different options for premiering the film, including festivals and a variety of venues/partnerships. This has slightly delayed the process, but has been an important element to consider. I expect to have a premiere date and location nailed down in the next 6 weeks or so, and will inform all of you as soon as it is finalized. Although it's a bit later than expected, it seems serendipitous that the premiere will likely fall very close to the 50th anniversary of the 2nd year of the Fair, sometime in late Spring.

In the meantime, now that the movie is finished, I am in full kickstarter reward mode. I have said this before, but this time I really mean it...none of this would have been possible without all of you, and I cannot appropriately describe my gratitude. I am excited, though, to be able to start getting rewards together for my backers. You can expect to receive a survey soon asking for information like t-shirt sizes and addresses so I can fulfill the rewards once the movie is completely finalized and ready to be reproduced.

Once again, thank you for your support, enthusiasm, and patience. It has truly made all the difference in this project.
