Moving Support to a New Home
We here at Equiso are listening to feedback and making changes to take better care of our customers. One of the greatest areas that needed improvement was in our customer support and how we handled shipping, returns and questions.
Prior to today we were dealing with too many channels that one could contact us through and it created issues in not everyone getting addressed in a timely manner. But now that is changing as we are moving all our relations through Zendesk. This will allow us to streamline support, create trouble tickets and begin to build a knowledge base that will, in the end, let us better give you the service you expect.
