A daily journal for a more intuitive life
This project will only be funded if it reaches its goal by Fri, December 6 2019 4:52 PM UTC +00:00.
Do you get gut feelings, have hunches or vibes about people? The intuition is a real thing, its been studied and tested
How wonderful would it be if yours could work better?
Your intuition, gut feelings, or inner knowing are not a cookie cutter experience. There is no book out there that can give you a step-by-step guide to making your gut feelings louder and more clear. Until now... because this is not that kind of how-to book.
This journal doesn't tell you about how someone else accesses their inner knowing, it shows you how to find and use your own and start trusting yourself! It's 100% personalized.
This journal works by asking you 5 questions every day.
5 questions that help you:
- Document past moments when your intuition was already working, but you ignored it.
- Learn to recognize small intuition moments (like when you know someone is going to call)
- Build trust for those big future intuition moments so that you have the confidence to act
- Avoid the dreaded "I knew I shouldn't have..."
This journals asks you just five questions a day to help you notice your intuition throughout the day so that you can act on it in the moment.
We ran a test group for 6 weeks with 15 participants and this is what they had to say:
"The journal was AMAZING! I found the prompts to be really supportive and inspiring. each day my intuition and AWARENESS of it grew. It’s amazing how the journal helped the awareness, which felt like the most important component. I also, found the questions and prompts to be so supporting, where as usually i am insecure about my intuition, it helped shift my mind to a more positive feedback loop instead of the normal “i don’t really know what i am doing…” sort of inner banter." - Anastasia Lovelis
We also sent the journal to James Van Praagh, a well known spiritual teacher and NY Times Bestseller who wrote back "I love it!" and offered to write a blurb...
" In the"10 Minutes to Intuition Journal", Fleur skillfully provides the perfect tool for you to hear the voice of your soul from the inside out and clearly recognize the truth of your being. A MUST READ for EVERYONE! "

"Throughout the time I worked on the journal. I found myself becoming more aware of my intuition. I began to trust my inner voice ( gut feeling ) more. Things could be as simple as someone recommending something off the restaurant menu but instead I would trust my inner voice. I found myself writing down my dreams a lot. I was able to get a lot of information that way too. One of the things that stood out the most was having a dream of my brother knowing something new had just occurred. I trusted my intuition knowing this was definitely true. Later I found out he bought a new car. A lot of things like that occurred during my journaling." - Jackie Duran
"Fleur’s Intuition Journal really helped me create the space to acknowledge my natural ability to intuit. The day to day questions and inspiration is like a spark that sets your mind afire with connection to the flow of life and the underlying knowledge of energy and actions. I was able to feel and sense events and conversations before they happened, and even made me more aware of my life, placing me in more presence, which was an extra special side effect of doing the pages. I loved every page more and more!" - Liz
"This intuitive journal has given me a place to go to recognize my intuition as legitimate and real. That is a rare thing in a culture that sees feeling as an illegitimate resource of information. We are a hyper rational and cerebral culture. It has been wonderful to have a space that validates my internal knowing." - Mark
"I love the self-guided journal. When you are blank, it gives you something to think about. When you think about something, it develops an awareness within you. And, when you develop an awareness, you can hear your intuition guiding you.So, that's why I think it's one of the most important practices, it allows you to hear your inner voice- the one that tells you your truth." - Molly Lupo
"This journal really helped me pay more attention to my already existing intuition and it provided me with questions to strengthen my abilities. I loved that it was a doable time commitment everyday and, ultimately, it gave me an opportunity to be accountable to myself. I can see that the consistency in meditating and answering the questions is making a big difference in my intuitive process overall and getting to know better how I work." - Tasha Lewis
"Intuition is a very powerful thing, more powerful than intellect." Steve Jobs
Intuition is a powerful and scientifically backed skill that helps us make better decisions and gives us more confidence in the decisions we make. Also known as a "gut feeling," intuition is a process that gives us the ability to know something directly without analytic reasoning, bridging the gap between the conscious and non-conscious parts of our mind, and also between instinct and reason.
- Based on a study by The New Jersey Institute of Technology, 81% of CEOs with high intuition scores doubled their business in five years.
- Another study found that, when it comes to making major life decisions, such as which house to buy or which person to marry, trusting your intuition leads to better outcomes than trusting your logical, thinking brain. In one study, car buyers who relied on careful analysis of all of the available information were happy with their purchases about 25% of the time, while buyers who made quicker, more intuitive purchases were happy with their purchases about 60% of the time.
- In Carl Jung’s theory of the ego, described in his book Psychological types, Jung defined intuition as “perception via the unconscious” In other words, using sense-perception as a starting point to bring forth ideas, images, possibilities, or ways out of a blocked situation, is mostly unconscious.
So how does journaling helps the intuition? Writing your thoughts and feelings down on paper—even if you think you have little to say—helps the non-conscious mind open up. You may find you're writing words and phrases that don't make sense to you, or stir emotional responses rather than intellectual responses. According to psychologist Howard Weissman, once you put a pen between your fingers or your fingertips touch the keyboard, it opens up this free-associative process of the unconscious, which opens the door to creativity.

Risks and challenges
Going the fully independent route, learning the ropes of the publishing industry has been the biggest risk. Almost two years of research and preparation later, we're confident in the product and distributor we've selected. That said, we realize there can be unexpected challenges.
The biggest challenge will be the order volume. We plan to ship out orders during the first two weeks of December to have the journals delivered by Christmas. However, if this campaign exceeds our expectations and we hit a huge volume of orders, it may delay shipping times by several weeks.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
