B-Unstoppable all terrain Tank-Quadcopter Drone

B-Unstoppable is the first in the World commercially available hybrid Tank-Quadcopter, from the creator of Expendables 3 drone.
Due to patented solution (patent link: goo.gl/c7jq5u) B-Unstoppable achieves outstanding performance in driving across difficult terrain.
It can turn on the spot, which is extremely useful in limited space, which provides 360 view for on-board camera. When obstacles become too big, it can simply take-off and fly over them. The model weighs only 84 g, therefore it can be operated nearly everywhere, without the worry of falling down and causing damages to others or model itself.
Despite the small size and low cost, B-unstoppable has good endurance: 9 min of flying, 12-18 min driving and combined endurance of 12-15 min. It has powerful coreless DC motors, 900 mAh Li-po battery. It comes with 2.4 GHz radio transmitter. Front and back lights, that allows for night flying as well as indicating low battery level. It is a cool toy for everyone, that can be used indoor as well as outdoor. It is extremely easy to control; flicking a mode button will convert tank to quadcopter. Steering is also very simple, in the air B-unstoppable is controlled as any other quadcopter. On the ground each track is controlled by separate channel so you get the full experience of driving a tank.
B-Unstoppable is capable of driving over high obstacles.
Once the model drives over the obstacle, the bottom part of caterpillar track adjusts according to terrain. Tread tension is maintained by arms at either end, which flex in and out by up to 4 mm as the vehicle goes over obstacles.
The arm and canopy design is focused on providing as small as possible shape drag: main body (canopy) does not shadow the propeller, therefore does not take away the static thrust. Also, the arms of B-unstoppable are streamlined which further reduces the shape drag.
B-Unstoppable has a payload of 4-6 g, enough to carry a DVR or FPV camera.

Risks and challenges
The risk in the supply chain has been reduced by a smart approach to the design. The moulded parts will be made as single direction draft components; the complexity of the cavity, production time and cost are reducedtoo. Above all, set up time for injection moulding is significantly shorter. Most of the electronic components are available from more than one supplier.
