Thank you for your support!

Tend Building and The Monarch School would like to thank everyone who so generously made pledges to The Living Building Challenge Studio. Even though we did not reach our goal via the Kickstarter Campaign- and therefore will not receive any of the donations that you pledged through Kickstarter- we will be continuing this fundraising effort until we reach our goal. Construction of the studio is progressing and rest assured we will persist until we meet the Challenge!

You can help us first by sending the donation that you pledged in the form of a check. Checks should be made out to:

The Monarch School

Please send checks to Tend Building as we will be managing this fundraising effort. That said, funds will go directly to The Monarch School and will be tax deductible. Our address is:

Tend Building, 1327 Roundstone, Richmond, TX 77406

The next thing you can do is continue to help us get the word out by sharing this site with anyone and everyone. We will continue to use Kickstarter as a vehicle to update everyone on the progress we are making. Thank you again for your support!

Salvaged Door to Become Window

We are hoping to repurpose this salvaged door as the window into the mechanical control room for the studio. This nice expanse of glass will help visitors to see behind the scenes of the net zero operation of the building. Visit the ReStore for your own design ideas!
