About this project
Learn about what it takes to become a CEO of a major corporation. Play the politics, learn about ethics, accomplish goals and be promoted.
This is a fun game that helps educate players about business professions. Each player chooses one of five professions and moves around the board earning kudos for their accomplishments. If the player has earned enough kudos when they reach their review, they receive a promotion to the next level. The first player to reach the CEO level becomes the winner of the game. During the game, players will experience corporate politics; be challenged by questions, make management decisions and learn about business tools. It addtion, the game can be played by teams to develop teamwork.
The Players take turns using a spinner to determine their movement around the board. They are given a goal card at the start of each level which is evaluated when they stop on a goal assessment space. Additional goal cards are provided as the players move around the board. In addition, players are asked questions when stopping on company card spaces. The correct answers are rewarded with kudos. There are five levels on the board; Staff, Manager, Director, Vice President and Executive (CxO). The goals become more difficult and the questions become harder as the players move up to higher levels. The risks and rewards also become larger as you move to higher levels.
The game Board has five sections. The outer section is the blue staff level with 40 spaces. This is where the game begins on the start space. The next section is the green manager level with 32 spaces. The next section is the orange director lever with 24 spaces. The next section is the violet vice present (VP) section with 16 spaces and the last section is the yellow executive suite (CXO) level with 8 spaces. The 3D version has elevated levels for each higher title. Although the 2D version is flat, the promotions take you toward the board center.
The spinner has two sections. The center section determines the number of spaces (1-6) the player will move. The outer section determines the multiplier or outcome for the players earned kudos on the goal card. The multiplier can increase the number kudos earned for each goal assessment or you can lose all you’re Kudos on the goal card.
There are 3 different decks of goal cards. The blue goal cards are used for players on the blue spaces. The green/orange goal cards are for players on either the green or orange goal cards. The violet/yellow goal cards are for players on either the violet or yellow spaces. These cards list goals for each of the five professions. The player reads their profession’s goal out loud. The higher the board level, the more difficult is the goal. Each card has a value of kudos assigned. This value is earned upon landing on the goal assessment space, but it can be risked by using the spinner and applying the multiplier or receive no kudos. Since the goal cards have different values, you must decide which goal card to use at the assessment. Some cards have a bonus ball that provides extra kudos if it matches the player's profession.
There are 3 different decks of company cards. The blue company cards are used for players on the blue spaces. The green/orange company cards are for players on either the green or orange goal cards. The violet/yellow company cards are for players on either the violet or yellow spaces. . These cards have questions with answers. Another player must read the question to the player that draws the card. The higher the board level, the more difficult is the questions. Each card has a value of kudos assigned and the player only earns the kudos for a correct answer.
Profession Tokens and Title Shoes (3D Kit only)
There are 10 magnetic profession tokens. Two tokens for each of the five professions: Technology, Operations, Marketing, Accounting and Sales. Each profession has a red and a blue token for team play. There are magnets on the bottom of each token for connection with the title shoes. There are magnetic title shoes labeled either manager, director, VP or CXO. Each player starts the game with no shoes. When a player is promoted, they place the appropriate title shoes on the bottom of their token.
These kudos chips are rewards for performance and you must collect them to be promoted. There are 100 kudos chips. Fifty white 1 kudos chips, twenty-five red 5 kudos chips and twenty-five blue 10 kudos chips. Players earn kudos chips as they move around the board. A player is required to have earned a quantity of kudos to be promoted to the next level. They need to surrender the required amount at the time of their promotion. They can keep any quantity in access of the required amount.
3D Game Package
This package includes the materials shown above including 3D board, 100 kudos chips, magnetic tokens and title shoes, spinner, 60 goal cards, 60 company cards and instructions.
2D Game Kit
This kit provides all the materials you need to easily assemble and play the game. You receive 12 sheets of 8.5" x 11" quality photo paper with the board, spinner, player token & kudos cut outs; 12 sheets of card stock with 120 cards that snap out; and the instructions. You only need scissors and glue or tape and a few minutes to start having fun.

Althought the is enjoyed by ages 10 and up, we are targeting high school and college business students. In addition, we believe that the game has value for management training courses. However, we are already finding that families enjoy the game at home.
We expect to manufacture enough games to fulfill our commitments to our contributors and to provide samples to college book stores, high school business teachers, management training consultants and business school deans. There are minimum quantity requirements to order the game components and packaging at a reasonable cost.
