Rewards Shipped!

Posted by Max Timm (Creator)

Happy November, all!

It's a big month for The WishKeeper; the month where you all will receive your pledge reward items (if you haven't already) and when The WishKeeper will launch the paperback version on Amazon! The Kindle edition is already up and receiving some great reviews!

Even though the title of this update says "Rewards Shipped!", I am slightly fibbing. MOST of the reward levels have shipped, but if you ordered a t-shirt and a Certificate of Assignment (the $100 pledge level), I have not yet shipped these items.

I apologize for the wait, but the shirts are taking longer than expected and printing the Certificates (an example is below) is in the works.

I am also considering combining all of the Certificates into one "booklet", so to speak, so you receive not just your own Certificate, but you get to see the examples of other Assignments as well. The reason for this is because a lot of the WishKeepers I have created are connected to each other in some way or another, and reading about your personal WishKeeper while having reference to other assigned Keepers will help create a world with more depth and intrigue (I'm hoping anyway).

Cool News!

Because of the WishKeeper Assignment work I have done over the past few weeks, writing Book Two has inherently continued. In other words, Book Two (titled, The WishMaker) is taking shape because of the new characters I am creating for you. Because of this happy accident, I will most likely be referencing most-to-all of your assigned WishKeepers in Book Two! I'm very excited to finish the second book, but I have a lot of shipping and printing left to do to satisfy your reading urges.

If the shirts and Certificate printing takes too long, I may send out the books beforehand to make sure you at least receive the book itself. I will keep you posted, of course!

Be on the look out for a package with this emblem on it:

This emblem is the official insignia of the Fairy Intelligence Agency and is placed on all items that are approved by the F.I.A. You can breathe a sigh of relief knowing you're receiving legal and approved information from the Agency. ;) Long story short - this image will be on your Kickstarter package.

When you receive the package, please post a comment and/or photo on The WishKeeper Facebook page! I'd love to hear from you.

Thanks guys! I'm excited for you to receive the reward level items, and can't wait to hear your thoughts on the book.

Cheers and happy wishing,

Yes! My apologies, Rachel! I am still waiting on the printer - sadly taking longer than expected. But once the certificates are in, I can send the packages out ASAP! I hope it's worth your wait. :)

Thanks for being patient! Would love for you to post a review once you're done, of course.

I was starting to get worried - wondering why - if Rewards were shipped on November 5th I hadn't received mine yet by the 15th when I'm in LA so it's not like it had far to travel... but then I re-read the update. Darn that little certificate ;) I am anxiously awaiting my F.I.A adorned package in the mail!

I got mine. Going to do an Amazon review by Tuesday. Just finishing grading student papers

It's taken a while for me to get around to read the book, but I must say I expected something really good and you complety went beyond that. - It's awesome. I love it and I was really surprised to find something that good on kickstarter! It's very rare that I find a book that can still surprise me sometimes and is well thought out with many descriptions to get a grasp of the world and culture. Definitly keep up the good work!
